MATHEW AStaff was very friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better Customer Service experience. The van was a bit of a rough ride but that may have been us and not being accustomed to that type of vehicle. I felt very safe in the vehicle though.

Marjorie PMake sure you understand the customer payment before you send it through collections. The bank may not have process the payment being that it was on the weekend. Just don't assume and you will have more customers coming to your business.
Jacqueline PParking was full for u-haul vehicles. Not sure what you can do about that but that's the only complaint that I have. Super Easy pick up and drop off, your service is so convenient that I will continue using it for all my needs. This includes large orders at Lowe's. Thank you for making it easy to survive without a pickup truck!
Ken WFriendly bunch but I'm still waiting on my deposit
Virgie BThey had left a lock on the back of the truck and didn't tell me before I Pulled off. So I had to call back and get the password , which took over an hour. Then come to find out they took an extra 60 off my card. I don't know why, the gas was full when I returned it and I didn't go over mileage.
Tavion BI was able to drop off the truck without issue and that was great. I have always used U-haul and am grateful for your company.

robert bStaff was very kind and helpful. The equipment was not the best. We were warned in advanced that it had some mechanical issues which were fine, but the back of the truck was very dirty and stained several of our items. We didn't realize how dirty it was until we unloaded, also, I'm not sure if it said on the website but I was not aware this was not a full service U-Haul location.
Suzanne CThis location was not a problem at all…very delightful to work with! It was the location on Campbell Lane that refused to take the U-Haul back. I had asked after booking if we could return the U-Haul to the Campbell Lane location since it was a whole lot closer to where my daughter was moving and was told by two U-Haul personnel (one worked in "traffic") that would be fine. Campbell Lane refused to take it back and we had to drive all the way to the pick up location to take it back. We found out later Campbell Lane could have transferred it but chose not to creating more stress and work for us!
VICKI GWas supposed to pick up blankets as well as the truck when I got there they said they hadn't had any for weeks.
