Next time when you have a customer, be there for the appointment and don't ever walk them through something like this again over the phone. The person on the phone was hard to understand and I had to move a trailer sitting in front of it out of the way so I could get to the trailer that I rented. I could have just simply drove off the lot with the trailer but I called the number on the door when I found out that there was no-one there to help me. On top of that, good thing I have experience with this sort of thing otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to correctly lengthen the safety chains to be able to safely pull my things across the country.

Parking was atrocious. It felt like one of those games where you have to unblock the cars. Took a while and dangerous to vehicles. Two random dogs running around. Missing the required dolly equipment I needed Maki me go buy it. Fuel was very low and light turned on as soon as I changed angle.of vehicle from the slope it was on.

I had no problem with the location, it was more with the Uhaul company since it delayed me for a long time where I had no problem with my license and it cost too much and they charged me more than the quote that I had terrible service from you

We didn't have a dolly even though we paid for one. We never got refunded. Also, there was no gas in the tank when we picked up the truck. We barely made it to the gas station.

Keep more energy for the customer.. the lady at the location was great from beginning to end
