Cell reception was weak which made it difficult to upload the pictures and information. Also received the wrong code for the key box. Took over half an hour to pick up vehicle. Very frustrating. Called the U-Haul helpline, Trey was incredibly helpful and friendly.

My rental was missing the dolley and furniture mover. It made moving a little hard on my helpers

Make sure the proper availability of equipment inside the Truck after the customer ordered it.
