Young man was very courteous, professional and quick to accommodate me. The truck was comfortable and easy to drive. Cost per mile kinda high but considering the upkeep of the vehicle, that's understandable. I will definitely use them again if needed and will recommend anyone to them.
GLADYS PI just did a drop off. So no contact until I got a charge of 72 for going over milage. I understood the gas. That was an estimate on my part. I got lost getting down there. And I guess it took me several more miles put of my way to get back to where I needed to go. He did his job. He was very polite abd explained everything very well. As for using uhaul itself, nope, never again. Because of extra charge. Im sorry I got lost. So you lost me As for uhaul itself, I will never use them again

STAN TI will NEVER rent a U-Haul again. This app was the worst thing that I have ever encountered. Thank God for the very helpful gentleman at TOTL auto who got me going, but he wasn't available for the return, and the return was awful. I was told that if I didn't return the truck by 7:00 am the following morning I would be charged for another day. I was back at the location by that same night, and it was dark, and raining, so trying to navigate that stupid app, and take pictures took forever. about 45 minutes, and even then we wasn't sure that we did it right. HORRIBLE!!! I will share my frustrations with all my Facebook friends as well.

CINDI DExplain drop off better. We had to walk around building to find key Dropbox which was on another building. Not open on Saturday, had to pick up truck day before. Did not have the size truck we wanted, we would have to have gone 10miles out of town to pick it up the size we wanted which would have added 20 miles to milage charge. They did not sell any size boxes so we had to go out of town to purchase them.
PATRICIA BEquipment was clean and well maintained EXCEPT for the dirty windshield that had bug spots all over and a layer of dust.

KENNETH RYou should be allowed up to 100 miles with a truck rental before charging per mile. With my recent rental there was a rental charge (29,95 because a smaller truck was not available), per mile charge (1,29 X 125 miles = 161,25), adding fuel to the level I got it (51), totaling approximately $242 for only having the truck less than 5 hrs. I suggest possibly increasing the rental cost slightly to compensate wear and maintenanc and free mileage except for long-term trips over 500 miles.
