No personnel present at drop off as the location was closed.
JAMES MThe gentleman was extremely nice and helpful in making sure we had all that I needed and was able to get us done with paperwork and on our way .when I got home and realized they didn’t give me a hand truck or blankets I went right back to his shop and he got everything together for me and the whole time he was friendly and accommodating.

JAMES MThe location where I picked up, my U-Haul equipment was maintained, easy to get in and out of, the equipment was ready for me to pick up, and I was assisted with hook up and instructions on how to use. If I rent from U-Haul in the future, I would definitely use this location again. The only complaint that I have the price that I was given over the phone from the 1-800# was much less than what I paid at pick up. When given an estimate I feel that you should give the out the door price up front.

MARK NThe owner walked away after bringing out the truck and didn't go over anything, and charged me for Fuel, I was given the truck with a little more than 1/4 of a tank and that is what I returned it with and I have a receipt to show!

Darcy WI needed the truck for a 24 hr period. I asked what IF 24 hrs qualified as "a day". I was told yes"A day rental" is $19.95. ITS NOT!! It's a day and a half. $38.90. This is misrepresentation of your stated policy. There are GPS's on the vehicles and the customer pays for mileage. SO, a "day" is 24 hours if returned with in that time frame.

Lewis AI would have liked if they would have spent a moment and review the vehicle. The person there just brought the truck up and said "here you go" and walked away. Truck had low air pressure in two of the tires and a "check engine light" that would come on and off daily.
