The truck had a really bad smell inside, it was leaking water through the door wen raining, the AC at mid day wasn't cold enough. The lady from the convenient store was very kind always trying to help.

Edmund MThe Uhaul art of the store was closed when I went into get truck and the owner came in especially for me and waited till I arrived. I would recommend this location every time.
Tarri LWhen we booked the truck the location for drop off was listed in the invoice and the one listed above, so that is where we dropped it off. But then after dropping it off we got charged a fee for returning it in the wrong location and listed a new location which we were never told about. Also, we were charged a late drop off fee, even if the car was dropped a day before its return date but returned in the later afternoon, when the drop off location never provided hours of operation. We also called Uhaul to find out if we could return the truck at any hour and they said yes, as the place had an easy drop-off set up that you can just lock it and drop off the keys. We also got charged a fee for not returning the furniture blankets that we never recieved in the first place.

Felix ATown Line employees were incredibly professional and helpful. U-haul didn't bother supplying me with the requested equipment but that had nothing to do with the pick up/drop off location

MERYL LIt was raining and the key box was in a position where lots of rain run off from the roof poured on it. It would be nice to not get drenched when getting the key.
