I had pre-ordered a dolly which was not in the truck when I picked it up. I was able to get a refund but that would have made life easier. Otherwise the truck was in good shape.
Patrick QWas farther (distance-wise) from our home than the location we'd visited in person when we made arrangements for the rental. Zip code of 61525 (our home) & 61614 (Allen Rd) is much closer than our 61604 rental pickup location was. The people at Trac Automotive (61604) were extremely nice & helpful though.
