We didn't even drop it off here, they towed it. However I enjoyed the manager here he stayed over after hours just to give us the truck, a great man. And he actually had a truck that ran good.

The $40 charge for extra day when truck was returned less than an 1 hour past 2 day deadline made for a lesser rating.

The after hours return instructions could be made more clear during pick-up for the one-way drop-off point. I appreciated the follow-up call and resolution.

The agent in charge Of renting uhauls was Not present at pick up and we had to wait a half hour for him

I verified that the fuel was at the level required, exactly as it was when i picked it up. the drop location charged me 14,88 for additional fuel saying it was at 1/4. no one was there to verify the amount in the tank i had to drop off the keys at the desk. i returned it just above 1/4 per the instructions i received at pick up. it took 2 day for me to get my receipt via email. very dissatisfied with the drop off location.

No one answered the phone, the person was never available. The lady (bitch) behind the cash register, has NO BUSINESS in that store. She was HATEFUL, RUDE, ON HER PHONE WHILE I WAS TRYING TO TALK TO HER. I wanted to slap the crap out of her & she has no idea how to deal with customers. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!

There was no one there familiar with U-Haul procedures. I had to call help line to get authorization to pick up trailer.

Uhaul rep was not present at time of pickup. Customer support assigned dolly and completed check out over the phone.

They didn't have any Dollys even tho I reserved two online and still almost charged me for them. I think they charged me for furniture blankets, which I also didn't receive. They only have one person who knows how to actually rent them out and I had to wait for her to take her lunch and come back before I could get access to the U-Haul. Terrible.

The individual who runs this operation was half an hour late for the time we selected to pick up the truck, and left us waiting with no indication as to when he would be there. Location is inside of a poorly kept gas station in a poorly kept parking lot for long-distance truckers. This whole location looked abandoned and the person attending the operation obviously doesn't care about customers waiting out in the 30 degree weather waiting on him.

Sketchy area and with it being my first UHaul I did not know the drop off procedure. Guy just kind of took the keys. It was fine, but could have used some context.

I had to return my car dolly because of frayed straps. Second one would not fit my car. Canceled the contract and waiting for refund.

Great service! Very kind and genuine customer service. This will be my preferred U-Haul location. I will recommend this business to all my family and friends.

This location canceles my rental and had me make another rental costing me $25 more. I returned the rental the day before it was due. The location checked it in as turned in on the due date. I would not use this location again. There is some shady stuff going on.

The problem i always have with uhauls is fuel mileage. I went 72 miles and put 10,5 gallons in it. I dont drive crazy and always try and get good mileage but ive never gotten over 8mpg anytime ive ever rented a truck from uhaul.

We required a hitch. We had to buy one for $60 at the rental facility. If we had known this, we would have borrowed one or bought one somewhere else.

This was the worst drop off experience I have ever had with U-Haul. The location staff was not one bit helpful, other than saying I could drop it off in lot next door, but be careful cause half the lot is for a motel. No paperwork, computer transaction, inspection or indication they were affiliated with U-Haul. I finally figured out I needed to use the app to check it in ... I guess , because I never received a confirmation of completion/check in email from U-Haul. Terrible check in experience. Process seemed very shady.

This is just a parking lot for U-Haul vehicles. There are no people to assist you at all. You have to do everything over the phone if you have any questions or concerns. I was not told this a head of time. I was expecting a full service location and this is NOT it!
