Better service at pickup would be nice. I did not receive the furniture pads I signed up for, was unable to check in before pick up and nobody answered the U-Haul help line when attempting to pick up

The check-in process was not good. We used the on-line reservation process, uploaded everything (as done numerous times before), and the pick-up location was unable (or unfamiliar) to execute the pick- up without a 20 minute delay. This element was the difference between an Average and Excellent rating. We would use them again, though there are superior providers in town. The vehicle was adequate, though the ramp was missing a strap, making it difficult to pull out, without cutting one's hand. Thanks for the opportunity to share.

Don't move locations. I had picked a different location in athens since it was a uhaul store, and walking distance to where I needed. Due to the change in location a variety of things had to change and was very inconvenient. Also, due to the added miles from the shop to the truck I was then charged extra as it wasn't in my contract.

Terrible trying to complete rental pickup with phone. Photo uploads did not work. No way to connect reliably to U Haul and finish retal with phone. Using phone to rent is a bad idea.

No comments about the drop off location. I'm happy to be in Athens FINALLY!

Attendant was very polite and knowledgeable but he had to also check out the convenience store customers at the same time that I was picking up the truck. It took a long time to get this done.

They did not have the Dollies or mats that I ordered and then they said they would take them off my bill. They did not and still charged me full price.

The person in charge received the truck but didn't closed the transaction. Then, two days after I received a phone call from Uhaul asking if I delivered the truck at the location

The staff made it quick and easy to grab my uhaul and get to work. Uhaul was nice and clean. Worked great. No issues!

Very poor cell service in the area made it impossible to drop the truck off using the app.

Easy pickup at great location and manager was especially nice and informed about my destination and time of use of truck.

Only 1 attendant was running the store which made it difficult to be helpful with showing me the vehicle and how to open back. Also no blankets were provided, and no hand truck was provided.

I had to drop off at night, and this was a very questionable area. Overall, the parking lot was small and did not point out where rentals are to park. I only parked where I did because one other U-Haul was parked in the spot beside me. There were people loitering in the parking and around the key drop-off area. While I was in the process of dropping off in the U-Haul app, an individual went in front of my truck to pee. To make matters worse, this was simply a bad area. If at night and alone, I would recommend going to another drop-off.

This location was not clearly identified as a U-Haul location. The address housed several other businesses which made figuring out where to park, who to speak to, and what to do, confusing and even uncomfortable.

This was not the location I requested and it was not the vehicle I requested. I wanted a 20' truck and they gave me a 26' truck in a location I did not request. I did the mobile pickup option, but I still had to go inside to talk to a person to get a key. Even worse, the dolly and moving blankets I requested were missing. The owner did not have a dolly to give me and he only had 8 blankets in his back room (not the 12 I paid for).

Site did not know how to check out the truck to me at the assigned pick up time. I had to wait over an hour for someone to show up who knew how to check out the truck to me and he appeared impatient because he was called in to do it. None of the equipment in the truck was there like a hand truck or furniture Dolly so I had to purchase my own . The only plus was that it was a brand new truck !

The pick and drop off location were changed on me by U-Haul. I understand that U-haul needs to adjust pick up so the equipment is available, but moving the location our 45 minutes from the original is extreme. The system was down at the pick up location and required everything over the phone. It took much more time to complete.
