Guy was great. Trailer wasn't spotless, but it wasn't filthy. Probably just looked its age. Staff was awesome though.
Andy WFriendly, transport very rusty and very difficult to manipulate straps. Heavy rain and a lot of my things were soaked. I hope there is no damage. Something in the truck is not completely sealed.

Dustin OI should have examined it more closely. Both tires were worn out, and when I did open the rear end of the trailer, it was dirty.

Jenna MNo one there at 9,3 am to receive trailer ,when I called the number to ask why they weren’t open at 9 as advertised they hung up on me .I managed to unhook the trailer myself and left.It was no checked in until 10,3 am according to my web receipt.would not recommend thi company.

Ronald MFriendly person checking out trailer to me. Was helpful even though he had several people all showing up at near same time. Good selection.
Newton GAfter renting the uhaul the guy never made sure that the dolly we paid for was there. He was more concerned that we were 45 minutes late and he said he had to go to lunch. That it was a good thing we got there or he would have charged us an additional $50. So we got to our location with no dolly for the weekend because they were closed at the point we figured it out . When calling multiple days there's no voicemail because it was full for three days. Tried calling on Monday after it was dropped off and still VM full. Our receipt that was emailed said $48 but we were billed $92. On a side note I had also tried calling before we picked it up on Thursday and Friday and their VM was full then as well.
James GThe app told me there was a 6x12 covered trailer available when there wasn't. I didn't receive the equipment I ordered. App was not accurate, not impressed. Dealer was able to provide other smaller trailer. I'm happy with the dealer, unhappy with the app.
