DENNIS SI'll call tomorrow, regarding my experience. Bad truck and no Jack on trailer? Not happy. Total disrupted my move. I also have personal property damage for a claim. The ride damage several pieces of my property. I'm still addressing this issue.

Kathy WMirror on the right side need to be tightened as would not stay in place. Tires may need to be balanced as a little rough riding. Otherwise, excellent condition. Truck handled well and we were able to haul 330 boxes of 25# peaches over 100 miles to bring to site to distribute to purchasers. Raising money for scholarships for our Rome Kiwanis Club. Employees at the U Haul rental site were terrific to work with on renting the truck. Appreciate the kindness on their part making rental easy. Thanks John Pillsbury.

Candis LIf you want a great experience renting a UHAUL choose trucked up in Rome. Dawn was absolutely fantastic and was fast at getting me my rental. Steve was good company and conversation while dawn was working on getting me a 20 foot truck. I put 5 stars because 10 wasn't an option. 10/10 highly recommend
James AThe mobile check in was a little more than I expected. I started my check in about 10 minutes before and honestly should have started about 30 minutes before. So I lost 30 minutes of my time.

JAMIE SI was charged for a second day of rental I called when the charge came through and was told they would call me back. They never called me back. I went by a week later thinking they just needed time and was told they would call me back. They never did. I rented the trailer on a Friday at 4pm and returned it the next day on Saturday before 4pm. They are closed on the weekend and nobody was there to check me in. I've made two attempts to contact them and don't know what else to do. I did my part and as agreed. I would love for someone to contact me.

The owners are the nicest people and we always look forward to seeing and catching up with them. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who needs a truck.
