Representative was not clear about the 100 deposit until I noticed I was charged for it. Also still haven't received it in my account after returning the truck. This is NOT because of my bank. I verified the bank is waiting on Uhaul to complete the transaction. This is illegal and a clear UDAAP violation of CFPB and reportable to the FTC. Please make clear why deposits are not made available just as quickly as you were paid. If this is deception for profit, it is illegal.

Technician was pleasant, helpful, and polite. There was no paperwork to document that I was authorized to have the rig. The lack of documentation was troubling for several reasons. The truck was filthy on the outside and not well cleaned in the cabin or box. The trailer was fine. Didn't check tires or fluids but the equipment performed well and served its purpose without a bit of trouble.

Unfortunately I had a truck reserved in Salina for 10am pickup. Received a call around 9am that truck would not be available? Had to locate another one on my own. McPherson came through and had a truck ready. Rented it one way and dropped off in Hutchinson. Received my invoice that Hutchinson charged me for 2 gallons of gas???how do one measure 2 gallons of gas? $48? Really….i picked the truck up with 1/4 tank and returned it with more? I want a refund!

The required use of app to return trailer was not very user friendly. Tried on 3 different devices to do it and it would never load the location to be able to return trailer and business was closed so there was no actual person to help with process.

I was met before I could get out of the pickup. He had me pull up a bit, unhooked the trailer, gave me the adapter and told me what to expect in the email I would soon be receiving. Very pleasant and efficient!

I ordered an autotransport four months in advance but U-Haul still forced me to drive 40 miles (instead of going to one of the SEVEN U-Haul dealers in town) to pick up an autotransport in a different town. But I do have to thank you, because of forcing me to drive over 80 miles out of my way, my wife now agrees that I should buy my own trailer because U-Haul is not reliable.
