I would say a better or updated Google location entrance would help with the confusion on arrival. Other than that great experience.

The owner was friendly and went above and beyond our expectations with the truck rental and answering our questions about purchasing the additional insurance. It was easy to pick up and drop off the truck. We'll rent other trailers and equipment from this particular location because of the great service!

MARIO SVehicle interior was clean except all windows had streaks or spots inside and outside. Truck front end was also dirty

PATRICIA BBoth Trailer tires were bald and I had a blowout 400 miles into a 1200 mile trip. A entertainment center I was hauling broke in half from the blow out and had to be trashed.

MICHAEL BLocation is convenient but only one person available to help. Had to wait for someone to open the gate for me to drop off the trailer. But if you're dropping off a truck there's no wait since there is a key box outside the gate.

david tLet me tell you I dropped off on a Sunday around 430pm drop off was to be Monday at 9am but dropped off early. Got a call on Monday around 1200 asking when am I going to do the drop off.called customer service to find out what's going on was told was nit checked in yet.Made me worry all day why the office haven't checked it in yet.finally they called me back and said was checked in from office around 6pm.not good . Should the office checked it in when I dropped it off not waiting the next day and after 6pm . Very bad experience for me.

Angel PIt wasn't so much the location spot or the employee, it was the fact that it was inconvenient, location changed to pick it up which took me way out of the area and then location changed 2x to drop it off and since I paid the deposit with cash, I now have to wait for a check to be mailed since the drop off location does not deal with cash.
