the u-hual should give a lower price to customer. Today the price is 1,59 per mile. In my point of view, 0,89 per mile is a more suitable price.

Lots of Chinese signs and Chinese promotions made me feel uncomfortable what other business theyre running and how theyll sell my information. This is canada, you either promote in English and French. They even had alipay as a payment method, a method under strick control of the CCP. Unacceptable business practice in my opinion.

ARCHIT VI appreciated that the service gentleman who was taller than I & took the pictures for the submission for the roof of the truck. He made the process way faster & with less confusion than I would have accomplished. Last time I had a different phone which had no memory space. Taking pictures was an even bigger problem then. With the gentleman's help the process was cut to a third of the time & allowed me to get to work on time.

JOSEPHIN VI really couldn't comment on what there is to improve during this experience. The gentlemen on the counter was very helpful and instructive and flexible. While he told me his name I have forgotten it, but hope good things for him. He helped me navigate the app effectively and helped me overcome the steps that I would not have figured out on my own. The return process whereby the attendant does the steps is helpful, since the last time I tried to return a truck it required me to take gazillion pictures on my phone which at that time had no memory left to take any pictures. The whole process on that occasion took way longer than the 15 minutes it promised and that I actually had time for and still get to my next commitment on time. The attendant at that time showed up and rescued me from a very frustrating experience.

Chimene KIf there is a problem with any vechiles such as pervious issues that the customers should be aware of before the inspection takes place and leaves the premises. I found out after when I ran into problems that inconvenienced me and the the Associates admitted that they knew of the issues with with the vechile that is not good customer service. Associates should be more honest and not hide issues with a vechile and let the customer find out after to inconvenience them ruin their plans because the customer can give a very bad review about the experience.
Denise OI was really want to change the rental company the day before. The whole experience is quite bad. The reservation had made 2 weeks prior but being informed don't have multiple service within only 36 hours. The online timeline and location are only just for reference . After you made the reservation, U-Haul did not actually have the availability and have to switch it around. I had clearly stated at phone with one of the agent that o do not want to switch to 15'truck and they still do it. During the service , it's fine and thanks for the staff that called from the location to remind us coming a bit earlier offering us help. After the service, the receipt is not even up to date. Total charge shows $85 dollar but turnout charged $10x . The recent receipt was sent after contacted…. Very disappointed experience
Ching FThis location was the best u-haul location that my partner and I have used in the last 10 years in Toronto. The people who worked here were very informative, thorough, and provided us all of the necessary information that would have helped us in our experience. Most other locations have felt subpar, and this was the best customer service experience we have ever had. We told them that we would only use this location from now on.

irek sI have used Trusty Car Rental multiple times and each time I have been happy with the service and the condition of the vehicles. The most recent rental was a new van. Clean, comfortable and a smooth ride.
ANDREW BThe issue I have is primarily with the online return process. I took pictures of the vehicle, parked and when I went to check out, then it required me to take more pictures and I couldnt upload the pictures I took. This created a huge hassle as I had already parked the vehicle in line and due to the very tight parking spots, it was near impossible to get any photos. Either the instructions need to be more clear about taking pictures of the vehicle and give instruction to take pictures prior to parking, or the parking location needs to be improved to accomodate the required pictures.
