Brenda WQuick, absolutely stress free from pick up to return. So one 'critique' if you'd call it that, not- I would've preferred a pickup rather than 15' box truck. But I know that's dependant on returns and logistical happenings involving other locations. I could've driven 15 minutes more to get that pick up, but I'm glad I didn't. Robby Johnson is one of the most easy going, chill salesmen I've ever encountered. I've read other reviews, and it's a fact. He's in the right line of work, made for it. He makes you feel like you've been knowing each other for years and somehow completely eliminates the stress factor making deals and handling this rental for me. Great person, a family centered fella and you can't go wrong there. Thanks Rob!

Trent GAmazing location Nick and Robby, were the most helpful knowledgeable employees I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Moving is never easy and in my case I thought I was moving my family to our new home for rent. When we arrived to the home after signing the lease we encountered actual squatters. Now on to our second apartment for rent through the real estate agency. Unfortunately the second place was unlivable. These two extremely helpful employees were understanding and worked with me through out this whole nightmare. Five stars all around for U-Haul! They did a phenomenal job
