Took over an hour when we were second in line to get our uhual. when I asked for the military discount (that I've used before and that I was told I was given over the phone) they wouldn't give it to me. My reservation was messed up and rescheduled for the following month which is what had the note for the military discount but they wouldn't honor it. Overall very disappointed

Too expensive. I rented a 10' Truck (which costs $19,99 in the website) for 1 hour and drove a total of 12 miles. However, I was charged a total of $57.83, with $11,29 of this amount listed as rental tax and $1 for environmental fee. I don't know why. it is too expensive!

the guy working inside on the register was an arrogant Prick. Made me wait without going to ask for help from the employees did not get the truck at the time I scheduled! also the entire process has changed he made me use my credit card when I have paid with a debit card before with no deposit I feel he was just making some shit up to get to the next client. but yall need to put him on cleanup duty if he can give quality service overall

Nothing concernin manager of customer service! His mannerisms was exceptionally awesome in bein a professionalism!! The trucks I noticed and verify are in needs of better safer maintenance done! Especially if the milage on the returned trucks increased tremendously!!

Front desk lady was rude and charged extra day for giving late the vehicle for 2 hours i was already called tho customer care she told ill wave off the extra. but still i got charged. I told to front desk person have already talk to customer care about it. She says i am the general manager and says wrong information you have to pay either ill put on lost n stolen case. worst service ever

Once late on a payment they send letter and emails saying your storage will be sold or has been sold but continue to send a storage fee on top of extra fees. That have you questioning is my belongings still there or have you sold my items and still asking me for funds???

The store manager is very disrespectiful. Mold was in the storage unit 2002. My things had mold and MILDEW on it. That place is not good for your things. I had to throw my furniture and clothes away. Don't go to this location on Lamar iava. 38114.

I had a problem with there billing. I believe someone was pocket the money. My granddaughter paid for a couple of months. I got the bill saying I owed for June. I went and paid June 104. 00 dollars. I said write on my receipt when next month is due 7-24-2023. The next week I got another bill for June for 104 saying I will be locked out of my unit unless the bill is paid. So we moved it out. Thank you.

No access for the disabled!!

The original storage was reserved for the Mendenhall location. I pick the truck up and they say they don't have a storage available. So I ask the worker if she can call another store. She did and Lamar had 1 climate control available. I go to Lamar and the unit smells like mildew from the rat poison materials they put down. I had to take any items that were clothing, cloth and mattresses to place in a friend's garage in fear that they would be damaged beyond repair. This is totally frustrating as it was a Sunday and close to closing time. They need to maintain their units wit an odorless product. My movers were having reactions from being in the unit any length of time.

Rat infested !!!! Nasty and customer service sucks from the ladies in there !! They knew previously to me renting the unit but never mentioned anything about it until a rat hopped out on my daughter chest !! Don’t rent here the gates never work just awful!!

The security gate was broken and from what I am told has been for awhile. I never saw rodents but the rat trap and piles of rat poop make it clear they have a problem.

I had trouble with the rental truck starting and worker was there within 10 minutes and had it running immediately, and explained the issue and what to do if it happened again. Very patient and informative.

The place has a lot of trash lying around and the lot is so full you can't navigate the trucks into storage area to unload without assistance (moving stuff around to make way). They DID assist us for which we were thankful, it's just the place was disorganized and quite a mess.

I had a lot of things lost/damaged due to mold growth in just a few short months. But if it were not for that very important fact, I would give it a higher rating. Management was AWESOME!
