Riccardo and team were fantastic to work with, and very friendly and accommodating. They made everything very easy!
DANNY LOur only issue is that when we picked up the truck it was on fumes. As we are required to return the truck at about 1/4 full we felt that we spent an extra $45-50 before our move.

DUSTIN SThe people I spoke with in the office were very friendly and professional. Nicole the driver that brought the box back last week was very rude and unprofessional. She had a good point to make regarding the box possible sinking if put in the grass. However she was blunt and incredibly rude delivering this information. I get it we all have long days and answer the same questions all do, but her attitude was not necessary.

JAMES TI originally rented this unit from the U-Haul located at 8920 Maple St. Omaha, NE. When I arrived to pick this unit up, the employee stated that the unit (I was confirmed to pick up via the website reservation) was not available to now pick up until 6pm. They stated I would have to wait til 6pm or drive the 8,7 miles to pick up one of their car haulers. Once at the second U-Haul facility I was treated with kindness and eagerness to fix the mistake from the Maple store. This staff member was amazing from getting the paperwork to helping me find the correct hitch drop to connecting the trailer. I may drive the extra 8,7 miles if I ever need something from U-Haul again. Millard Ave U-Haul, thank you

Self services pick up required to many photos and not a safe area to take those photos out truck was parked right by busy street back and sides were blocked by other uhauls cost for 6 miles driven was quite steep fuel was at 1/4 tank and we were asked to fill it above that initial fuel level

Exterior CThey were busy working on something in another room and didn't seem to care what I was there for. I guess I was just supposed to drop off the trailer and leave without any acknowledgement. After standing there long enough a guy came out and unhooked the trailer a walked away.

BRIAN DBoth Riccardo and his female employee (didn't get her name) did a great job of customer service. There was a mixup which caused an overpayment on my credit card and Riccardo was quick to resolve it and was very apologetic of the error and let me know he would address the source of the issue.
JAMES EThe loctation did not check in my items on time and I got charged extra when I returned the boxes before time. And I called them about the issue and was basically told they can see what they can do but are not sure I was getting a refund.

MELISSA VThe clerk said to return the vehicle to Stoneybrook but when I did that, the location was closed and the app stated I would be charged extra if it was not returned to Millard. Drove to Millard location to return. App requested bar code scan and stated bar code was above key drop. Couldn't find the barcode above the key drop. Called the number posted and the owner told me code was in pamphlet. Return went better after that. Kind of confusing.

JOSEPH WOnly problem was the smell of cigarettes inside driver seats and saw couple cigarette buds on cargo area I didn’t think much of it, that later turn out to making my furniture smell like cigarette smoke, I’m still busy settling in but will reach management for that because till now my place smells like night club.

NATHAN EFirst: Hidden fees. Be upfront about all the hidden fees. Second: picking up using the app is unnecessarily complicated. Much of the information could be entered in advance instead of when you get there.

The manager quickly had the one unit that had recently been vacated cleaned and let me move in and turn in my truck. In the four months that I have had the unit, the staff has been most helpful in letting me in when I needed access. I highly recommend U-Haul Moving & Storage at Millard Ave.

Sent a message to someone at the location to help, and did not recieve an answer for over 12 hours. The reply was incredibly insincere, referencing "normal business hours" despite the website. Storage access hours were cut off by 5 hours on Sunday.
