TOMARA A | Premières impressionsBecause I had appointment for 2:30 to pick my trailer up it was three trailers there I got there at 10:00 and I had to wait until almost 3:00 to get a trailer and they gave me the one of the trailers that was on the yard when I got there at 10:00 I should have had that trailer at 10:00 gone and been on my way but they made me wait for someone to return the trailer which they never did and they gave me one of the trailers that was on the yard anyway I didn't like that

TOCCARA HThere were no furniture pads in the box. The Marietta movers commented on how there were usually pads in the box. The box was OLD plywood and some of my canvas storage containers were dirty during the move. The movers in Marietta were great although they were late. The movers in Miami were also late and caused marks on my wall. They argued with me about blocking the street and ended up having to move their truck with half of my things still in the box because they blocked the street. I was double charged for part of the fees which I had to call about twice. The one plus was that the customer service reps spoke clear english and answered the phone quickly.
Elizabeth EI booked a reservation for a certain type of truck and the staff kept giving me the wrong truck. I finally had to be very direct and assertive to get what I asked for. Then there wasn't an overnight dropbox or slot so I left the key in the gloves compartment since the website said they had a spare. Only for the attendant to call me angry and being aggressive with me about where I left the key and that I would be charged for a locksmith coming out. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

LITTIE BThis location never has the industrial dolly but it's always available online when booking my rental. Once we returned our truck, the odometer stated on our receipt was off by over 1k miles and we were charged $1400 for a day which prompted our cards to lock due to suspicious activity. We called to update the information and the solution was fixed however a 1400 charge and lockout during our move is the biggest inconvenience we could have experienced. We will never rent from this location again.

Erikah and Elijah gave top star service and were very professional and kind. Elijah was extra courteous and personally showed us where the carts were and then took the time to walk one of the carts to the moving truck for us. We greatly appreciate them.

The recliner chair has white spots on left side of looking straight at chair. The mud was not there when we moved in November 2023. Can I get chair cleaned and reviewed at my house. I have no way of bringing chair to you. This is the only issue I have had and I'm sure uhaul will help me correct the problem. Thank you for your support and help.

I had to switch to climate controlled which is more expensive and 2ft smaller for more $$. Needs to be fixed asap. Also, entry gate is 100 % off to the outside unit and the area isn't the best. Pat the area VP was amazing and the gent at the front who checked me in was great. The property needs investing.

The last gentleman that assisted me in the store was knowledgeable, patient, capable, innovative and attentive. Anything I needed he came to help work on it straight away. While intermittently assisting other customers. He also stayed late, after the location was closed, to help when something didn't go as planned and was running long. There are other associates at this store that I've had exceptional experiences working with as well. So no doubt the quality of the workers reflects the values of the management here. Keep up the good work and make that store an example and a training store.

Mary W | Expérience généraleI have a business that often requires me to have more space to store product and the last two spaces I have rented have proved to be problematic. This last space was very tiny, but I made do. I thought the cost was too much for such a small space. The other issues include human fecal waste right inside the entry door to the facility, as well as a homeless person (and what looked like more fecal waste) inside the building lumped up laying on the floor about 50 ft. from my unit. I will say your associate (Cory) was great , but sadly I don't think part of his job should have to include cleaning up human waste. This was a horrible experience for everyone and I almost vomited, as the smell was so bad. I have one 8'x10' space remaining and it is my goal to get it moved as soon as possible. Lastly, the non-climate controlled unit I had several months ago was simply unsafe. There are homeless people roaming around that area which is three blocks away from your main facility snd I never felt safe there. Also, the road floods with standing water when it rains. This space was far overpriced and I will never rent there again.

The box for a patrons access code is broken/inoperable and has been for my entire stay with Uhaul. It would be GREAT if patrons could access locations without having to walk up to the front office for someone to open the door from the inside. I love my 10x10 storage as well as the location near the front entrance. I suffer with arthritis so having a short distance to drop off or pick up my items is very convenient. Elijah did an amazing and outstanding job!!! It was about 20 minutes before closing, but they took their time with me. Elijah knew exactly what he was doing. I consider these spaces to be for paying customers to use when moving items in or out of storage - they are the easiest spots to use with the loading dolly's . So on the 2nd instance that this happened I went in the office to speak to the manager about it and he was very rude to me in his response, but they did all go move their cars out of my way.

However, EVERYONE at this facility was TOP NOTCH. They were caring and attentive. I felt like I was the only customer in the world. However, I witnessed them give that top notch service to other customers. Brandon, Nia and ESPECIALLY LA NINA, the manager all treated my family with extreme care. By the time I got to the facility, I was in tears but when I left, I felt encouraged that there are still kind people in the world. Because of them, I will continue to use UHaul.

Are you gonna cover my extra expenses due to this discrepancy? If it effects my credit score are you gonna fix that? Because it well may. Schedules have had to be changed ,plans altered,time wasted. And I cancelled auto pay prior to these fraudulent charges. This is despicable.

I was a bit concerned when I had to get a unit on the 2nd level but once I actually drove around to the unit, it was street level from the side street and had 2 garage doors for loading/unloading regardless of weather conditions.

I stayed because of the one month free rent which I found was not a true offer and the unit I got has a building column in it reducing the square footage. This has all been put online as well. There is nothing like being trapped by you.

This lady was rude, condescending, unhelpful, unprofessional, and had the nerve to run up on us with two other employees. The other two employees were no help. The assistant manager made threats to us our whole stay and also threatened to call there cops on us after we called a locksmith to help us due to them being completely useless! I will never recommend U-Haul storage again! Y'all suck!

The storage unit I was given was roach infested and I was accused of bringing them with me which is not the case otherwise I wouldn't have complained about them. I was then initially told I had to move my stuff out of the unit after I paid a company to move it in. After complaining about the situation, the manager there worked with me and reassured me she would take care of it. I appreciate everything that she did to make the experience less stressful and she was very helpful in getting my things moved to another unit while I was out of the country. However, the moving company that they hired destroyed my TV stand in the process. The staff worked with me after I expressed how upset I was; however, it was a horrible experience for me.

I stopped by the front desk in the first couple of days and was told that online move-ins are rarely able to complete properly and that corporate would need to fix my code as it all looked right in the system here. They said it might take a day or two for the code to work. Still nothing.

This is a more modern experience with special drive up ramp for different vehicle and digital key access.

Left two messages for Ms. Blair and also sent an email and never got a returned call back. This kind of management will run you out of business . I own a moving company and will never recommend this facility to our customers . The lack of customer service is unconscionable. No excuse for not responding back to me.
