I have stored my belongings here for almost 15 years, and I finally had to move I everything because the price for way to high. Everything else was great!

Leighann DU-Haul did not communicate the correct information to the third party moving help, when the guys finally arrived at the correct location they were told they were not aware of the move out and the movers had to wait for staff to bring the box down. This was a huge inconvenience and caused over an hour delay on my end and pushed back other clients the movers had that day

MARK ZI made a reservation for a one-way truck and U-Haul changed the pick-up location on me twice before I went to pick it up at a location that was clear on the other side of Las Vegas, requiring me to take a Uber ride that cost me more money and time. The truck had bad brakes and the steering was loose. The brakes need to be looked at immediately or someone is going to rear end someone if they don't know the brakes are weak. Also, one or more of the wheels need balancing...lots of bouncing due to off balance wheels.

FERNANDO SThe staff was excellent but your system needs improvement. Your east bay team doesn't talk to your peninsula team creating confusion with the staff and customers. I was transferred six times before my issue was resolved since each district in independent from each other. The women driver that picked up the box was wonderful, friendly and professional. I believe her name was Mareta. I would recommend a closer inspection in your system since there was a communication breakdown since a phone person placed the wrong comments in your system creating more confusion.

Joshua HUhaul was over $1000 cheaper than Pods and a much better value. Great customer service and communication through out the entire moving process. The drivers/forklift operators were highly skilled and arrived early for the drop-off and pick up at both delivery locations. We received our containers a week and a half earlier than originally anticipated and were so grateful for that! Overall we are very happy with the experience and will be recommending Uhaul Boxes to all our friends and family.
Charles WThe service given to me when I was checking in was excellent. The wonderful woman that helped me get my vehicle, was very efficient. My movers informed me that there was broken glass in the back of the vehicle. And when I return with the vehicle, the check in was very speedy and efficient. I have used this location for several years.And as long as a have the type of people of this caliper, I will always use this location.

Jacqueline L | Premières impressionsYour 24/7 app system is slow and prone to outages. The app is badly designed in how, if it gets stuck in an action, the whole process needs to be begun again. That's incredibly annoying when taking photos of the equipment for instance and you learn the app doesn't save as you go so when it inevitably falters, you have to start the whole photo process again. The drivers side of the vehicle was covered in some sort of black, tacky, substance as the rubber around the windshield had come away and this was an attempt to stick it back on again. Didn't work. The long rubber piece flies off at one end two mins in the trip and starts banging on the window, the roof, and the side of the door. Why not just get the windshield replaced properly? Can't be that expensive when compared to how much money this vehicle will make you over the next 5-10 years. Staff inside are very helpful and friendly, they are really the only plus for this location. Whatever you're paying them, you should pay them more.

It smelled they allow the homeless to come in and use that bathroom. There was garbage all over the place in there it was filthy and so was the whole unit. I honestly can't tell you anything good about the place. It's horrible. They allow the staff to break the rules, they let people in the unit that's not even on the lease. I can't tell you anything good about it. Very, very unprofessional

She started the conversation yelling at me and my locksmith, she did not say hello, hey or anything. Her first words were "Did you go to the office" very rude and loudly, she yelled it in an aggressive tone. I asked her who she was talking to because I was so confused on why she was so aggressive. She stated "you" even louder than before. I tried to explain to her that I spoke with the office that stated to call him and I been waiting for the locksmith for an hour, she did not want to hear it and said "I'm the one you spoke to" my first thought was if she was the one I spoke to, why wouldn't she say to go to the office after the locksmith arrived. She continued to get louder and louder, even though she was already loud. She continued to repeat herself and speak very negative. After the conversation was over, she walked away and came right back and this time she came all the way up to us and stated she wasn't talking to me, let her talk to him which is the lock smith. She just repeated what she said to him like we didn't hear her the first time.. She spoke to him rudely and loudly as well, he even stated he has never had an issues with someone being so rude and unprofessional at a business before. I will never use this uhaul again, I have never dealt with a situation like this and I hope no one ever has to. As a black woman, I look aggressive if I raise my voice, I look like the bad guy and even though this situation, your manager was in the wrong, I could of easily been looked at as the wrong guy, police could of easily been called on me for standing up for myself for being disrespected because she would of been seen in the right for "being the so called manager" This situation did not sit right with me at all and I really hope nobody else has to experience this ever again. I was spoke to like a child, like I was incompetent and could not comprehend what she was saying.

But alot of valuable items were taken from me with no compensation or even management taking it seriously to even call the police and report it because the staff broke into my unit and stole my property. Didn't have a good experience with this place and I don't recommend it to Anyone.

Trucks and storage pods and cars often filled the areas to the dock. I understand the lot size can create obstacles but storage is a large part of your business, for that reason alone it would seem an answer might be in a reorganization of the facility.

Nice place. *would love to see 24-7 access available again, with your security measures in place and card or pin access, it helps night shift workers and truck drivers, and with 120 degrees during the daytime. how hot? so hot you have to walk around w/ your arms spread out from your body so you dont sweat. thank you

Called them few days after if I could un-insure my car since it was literally parking outside my neighborhood and exhausted literally under 2 miles, one of the representatives said that i could uninsure the car and restart a new transaction then the following day ended up hearing unfortunate news that I couldn't so ended up paying for a storage truck I didn't drive nor use for days because of some misleading information then tows my truck saying the card was insufficient yet they were able to charge 500 something dollars to my account without my permission which I find violating my personal rights to my personal belongings and is hindered as fraud. I will report this case to the better business Bureau

Also to SWIPE CARDS BEFORE LEAVING so as to ensure their unit is properly closed.

The address on your company email was incorrect that business move down the road and where I picked up the trailer was in a pasture quarter mile from the rental office. There were two 6x12s I asked which one and backed and hooked the one he said. No inspection of the trailer brought it to rental office and was charged $10 for an electrical adapter for my 2009 Tahoe still no inspection offered no jack nor trailer jack. They allowed me to leave. I discovered two tire were rotten requiring me to pull into a real uhaul rental business on Slaughter Ln in Austin where an employee changed both bad tires. Appears to me the other place where I picked the trailer at was a repair or mechanic shop not a rental outlet you want advertising your company name. The manager was not very friendly nor his assistant down in the pasture waiting for me. They offered information about the trailer allowed me to leave with two bad tires. This should explain the poor comments but the corporate office CSReps and the dropping off trailer and storage facilities in Las Vegas were both excellent

Barbara H | Premières impressionsScarlett,extra helpful patient professional, product knowledgeable, Ramona storage unit knowledgeable patient hand cleaned and sanitize my unit personally prior to my move ( general manager) very friendly personable seems very focused and driven on having a top notch facility, there was even a new gentleman didn't have a t-shirt yet had kind of a long beard I could tell underneath its mask very friendly tried his very best to help me get hooked up with a trailer hitch for my truck, having to make an appointment to get a hitch installed in no 24-hour access I'm only two disappointments, I rented U-Haul for 2 years on Boulder highway Henderson 24-hour access for a truck driver is a good thing to have, then we may be in and out of town and have to get inside that storage room to get things or move things in and out it just makes good sense. Last but not least once you're assigned a vehicle one of the courtesy clerks should go and get that vehicle and pull it up to the front for you just as if you were bringing it back, I had to go and get my own truck and was blocked in by another truck so I second trip up to the office to get someone to move that other truck wasn't really a big fan of that. Overall it was an awesome experience

As we were loading the 26' truck, we went back up to our unit only to find out Ramona an employee cleared out our unit without our authorization, she put a free tag on the unit and checked us out saying we turned the unit it. Now we have missing items. This was the most horrible experience. Not to mention when we went in the office bothered about what happened. That employee got in my face less than a foot away and started yelling in my face clapping her hands and I numerous Ku told her to step back and step back and she didn't care. The assistant manager was standing right there and was quiet. As she kept acting like a lunatic I became irate and belligerent and thats when the assistant manager Dante Intervine, as he was talking she kept laughing and rolling her eyes, you can tell she didn't care about her manager. Also, she stated she called us to ask if we were checking out which probes her integrity is off, I have my phone bill showing there is not on call made to my phone or the phone listed for that I tire time we were there. This is literally the worst experience ever!!!

I specifically reserved a first floor unit over a week in advance since the last time we used this place we were on the third floor all the way in the back of the facility. As soon as I completed the paperwork they told me my unit would be on the 2nd floor. I told the lady I reserved a 1st floor unit. She told me no 1st floor units were available. What's the point of making a reservation if they don't reserve it.

I made ALL of my reservations online and picked up my truck/dropped off my trucks after hours using my smart phone. I had a wonderful experience and everyone has been super helpful and friendly. So when I went inside and was attempting to ask questions about where the unit was, ect. The associate who helped me started laughing and making smart remarks. I didnt appreciate that whatsoever. It wasn't needed or necessary. I didnt know asking him a few small questions was a joke or funny, especially since I didnt get all the info regarding a self move in. His smart attitude was not appreciated. When I can I will be moving storages. That one person makes me not want my belongings there.
