My things in storage were auctioned without my knowledge. I did not receive the notice that I was promised. I had some very important and personal papers in the storage. In addition, I was told that the insurance would cover damaged items but no one communicated with me. Now someone has access to my personal information. I called several times to talk to manager to have him return my call. I Even went up there and left a note with my number. I am very disappointed in management and will not be referring anyone to them!!

So grateful for this storage! Had to empty my parents house and it was hard to just pitch everything right away! But pay to store it a couple months and you begin to rethink and let go. But placing the things here first was such a help! And offering a free month cinched it! Yes I paid for a few months but was so worth it!!!

Probably advise people that a small refrigerator will fit in a 10ft truck.- I rented a15 footer which was bigger than we needed. Also include the straps n dolly with the truck. I could not believe you have to buy them. Every vehicle should have them without charge.

Friendly staff and product i needed for my move was readily available

I drove up to drop off a trailer. The attendant quickly disconnected the trailer and did what he had to on his phone and said I was good to go. I thanked him and drove off. It was quick and easy.

I made a last minute change in trailers and they had no problem and I came near closing time and didn't feel rushed and the attendant who hooked up trailer showed me everything. Thank you for having nice courteous employees.

The trailer that I rented had damaged fenders on both sides and the guy that rented it to me just said yeah it needs to be welded back. They were almost falling off of the trailer.

Im not sure if customer service is at the top of the list here but the customer service was trash. Not too sure if the lady had an attitude because of where she worked or she wasnt in the mood, it was too early, didnt have her coffee, something but I felt very taken back by the attitude as I was just renting a vehicle to move stuff. Rude & probably wont be back.

Every contact I had with U-Haul every step of the way your representatives were effective, courteous, and helpful. The price was excellent for my needs compared to PODs or a van mover. At both ends, drop-off and pickup of the U-Box was able to be done sooner than initially scheduled which met my needs fully. Once the initial contract was signed, the payment stages were seamless which made my life easier. Also not needing to be present for pickup the box at either end of my move was a real help. I would recommend U-Haul and U-Box for a self-styled move.

No resolution with all of my belongings being damaged by not only MOLD, BUT IT WAS RAT INFESTED. …(In case nobody knows, those rodents carry Leptospirosis..a zoonotic virus which means it's transmittable to humans. I've worked in veterinary care for 20yrs in case anyone doubts my knowledge on the virus. )…and the staff there expected me to want that back. Everything was chewed up, urinated on and covered in rat droppings. My children's memories, my memories, valuable, irreplaceable items I can never get back and was NEVER OFFERED TO BE HELPED WITH THIS. Jamal was nice but INCONSISTENT. I was told that a claim WOULD BE FILED by Jamal, which only makes sense as he's the manager of this establishment and it was not. Everything was lost. DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS AT THIS LOCATION. Fair warning.

Rats destroyed all my things 5-10 thousands worth of items including my kids memories and antique china cabinets ths 60 yrs old and dinnette 6 chair table ths 50 yrs old . Fur coats suites formal wear diplomas leather jackets everything smelt like rats and feces and pee ruined my stuff plus our health is at stake and it's was isolated . Gave me a infested storage from previous renten that had meat in it. . . I'm scared for our lives. . Destroyed everything . Can't even bring it in my house right now needs cleaning and disinfected. But Jamal Thompson is the best. I love him . Always had my best interest in heart . He's awesome.

Uponnarrival my unit was full of wrapped insulation. My ride was n a hurry; and it wqs before the store opened so i had him take me back to my old unit. I then called the store at opening and informed him them of my dilemma. They reassured me that they would to clean out the unit within qn hour. The rest of the day it rained. Later thqt evening the store was then closed and i needed to move my stuff in. I sent my movers with the 1st load. I never received a capl back from anyone regarding the situation. When my workers arrived the unit was still full. To me that means the office didnt cqre about the items inside. There was no lock as it was assigned to me. So ky movers moved the items outside and moved my items in. When my workers arrived for the next poad. The team member very rudely approached my workers and informed them theyd have to pay for damages. Again they didnt reassign me nor did they move the items themself for me to move in. I spoke to upper management and was told i would not be responsible for the damaged items. That was the neglect of their own teammates. I was then allowed to stay and given a free month. Ive been here 4 days still moving in and often working on the equipment in ny unit and the office staff has red locked me twice. WHILE I WAS INSIDE THE UNIT. I have a german shepherd that stays with me. To prevent him from bothering ofher customers and or barking at everyone who walks by, i keep my door down most of the way. Ige been bullied and threatened the entire time here. Ive left to go to the sgore and found them to have red locked my sof inside the unit. This is absolutely uncalled for. And now theyre making up stories to try and make me look bad. Very unprofessional. I want a refund immediately in cash so i can get a unit elsewhere instead of waiting for the refund to hit my account. And i would like a complimentary uhaul to move my items to another unit asap.

I lost all my things in my unit after I had gotten into an accident and couldn't pay my bill. I never got a phone call from anyone... They sent mail and emails. But when your in the hospital, not much you can do.

I feel I paid way too much for a 5 x 5, the card wouldn't work to open the doors, I kept having to go back to the office to have someone let me in. Finally after the 3rd time they gave me a new card. I also believe that an incentive should be given to first time renters of a discount, moving is expensive and it would have been nice to not have to pay as much for the first month

I just moved from out of state and needed a storage area with this location. Although it showed one unit available while I tried to reserve online, there was a backend issue that prevented me from doing so. However when I got there there were no available units. The staff however was able to clean one out, in the size I needed in a timely manner and saved me the time and stress of having to find a different storage location. They were awesome.

I was locked outside of the unit. The process was not explained to me correctly. I did not realize that is what the YouTube link was for. The assistant manager, Renee talked to me the next day and gave me an extension on my rental. Please remove Jamal's number from the side of the building since he is unavailable after hours. Duplicate charges made to my account Storage rental promotion not applied and move-in took way longer than it should have only to get a smaller unit than what I reserved and then to be offered nothing else because apparently they were all full despite 10x15 showing available and bookable online Employees not educated about pricing or the facility or uhaul policies and procedures Customer service was just terrible Waiting for refund on reservation that I never was able to get Was told I'd receive some $50 reservation guarantee for that but did not

Everything was Good except I had 3 items that was in storage have mold on them. Not sure if the infamous freeze of 2021 have anything to do with it but, I had to throw away my son's mattress and box spring. I will also have to get my cedar chest refinished, I had an ottoman and a futon along with other fabric items, not sure what happened. Thats why you pay extra for insurance, claim filed. Other than that issue, I would recommend this store/storage for you moving/storage needs.

The rent was always a different amount and the alarm fell off my unit and was not replaced as I was told - twice I had made my payment online and my unit was still locked . There was no reason for this. I am really upset that I told the manager about the alarm and it never got fixed as well as still being singled out about locking my unit

The Male associate was doing all he could to help his customer. He called a few times asking for help. No one responded while his lobby became very full of grumpy customers. I was 2nd in line and waited for an hour to be helped by a lady associate that was grumpy to be helping me. She acted like it was a drudgery to do her job and be tactful. Please get more associats like the guy who was there. He really cared about his job.

Requested billing name on unit changed on several occasions - did not happen Arrived to close unit and told I do not have access because my name is not on the unit even though it’s my credit card paying the monthly rent - ridiculous I had to wait 2hrs and deal with rude and offensive staff!

To be brief Uhaul storage was the worst experience i can remember. I was broken into twice in the course of a year.Many thousands of dollars in machines and tools are gone . The first time they cut the lock , they took 2 portable shelves on wheels that had tools, along with (4) evaporation machines valued at $900 each. They also took an electric jack hammer and a carpet stretcher and many other tools.. The second time they broke in they went through all the boxes and took anything of value and put on a Uhaul padlock on the door when they were done that my keys would not open to cover their tracks. The only thing worse than me being broken into was that the staff told me I wasn't the only one... I cant help but wonder how I got targeted when I never saw anyone in my comings and goings.. My unit was never open for anyone to see..I cant begin to tell you how it hurts for a lifetime of tools gone..I would appreciate a reply...... David Barrett 832 443 6077

Unit was rusty and dirty. Extended truck 2 days to find alternative storage. Employees very friendly, but did not note that I moved out after 3 days. Just git a bill?! Had to call to resolve.
