Nancy SA truck is a truck is a truck, for the most part. You load your stuff in the back, move it, return the truck. The real experience and the true test of a company that rents moving vehicles, is the staff inside the office. After using this location on three separate occasions, I'm finally ready to write a review. Every single interaction with any of the associates or managers, has been truly outstanding. These folks care, and it shows. Extremely professional, and always willing to go above and beyond. Again, it's a moving trunk rental business, but it's probably the biggest, which makes it even more challenging for them to deliver in the customer service arena. Not sure what's going on at this location, but they've got it nailed! Sincere thanks to this entire team For their hard work on our behalf.

I was on time and ready with the app. At first step of getting my truck the app process errored out and got a screen saying to call your toll free number. No one answered of course and said my call would be answered in 10-15 minutes. Never was answered! The store opens at 9:00. Luckily an employee came in early (about 8:30) and helped me before the store officially opened. He was very nice and a really good employee. Military vet and super helpful. Truck was clean but driver door handle inside in the arm rest was full of water so closing the door everytime was a mess and yucky!

Marie BThe company that Uhaul contracts with to help move your furniture broke my furniture. It is called moving.com. But nobody at Uhaul or@moving.com wants to help or take ownership of the issue. Therefore I contacted my credit card company because not paying will help get this issue resolved.

David KI have used this location several times over the past 3 or 4 years. I always have a reservation, and every time, the computer system has had difficulties, delaying the process. The printer was not responding on this occasion, and I left without a hard copy of the agreement. Renting a vehicle with a reservation should not take 15 to 30 minutes. If rental car companies took this long, they would be out of business quickly. The staff is friendly and competent at this facility, so I conclude the system is the problem.

On a happier note the 2 agent that we're not helping me were very delightful and when I pulled when they were closed those still helped while the other ran to lock the door I won't say his name but he knows who he is.

My only complaint is with U-Haul technology trying to pick up and return trucks after hours. The online and app pick up and return process has never worked properly, which is not the facility's fault. I've spent a tremendous amount of time on the phone with customer service attempting to upload pictures, answer questions, etc., at night, completely alone, and usually exhausted after a long day of moving. It is extremely frustrating. I'm an IT professional and well versed in technology, and the process never works as it should. The online system needs significant work. However, the facility and my in-person experiences are outstanding

Because he said it three times during a five minute conversation, we ended up taking him out to the unit and he confirmed that it was indeed clean. We also took a picture for our own records. Great place; however, and we would use again, if needed.

Glenda N | Expérience généraleThe outdoor pod that we rented for alsmot 3yrs was convenient, especially since we could drive up to it (used it for real estate needs-signs, supplies, etc). However, the wooden door on the unit started to rot/deteriorate so we eventually had to move units (11/23). We were promised moving help by UHaul but on moving day, they did not show. We had to move everything ourselves. However, they did reimburse our rent for November. By Jan '24, UHaul was under new management & decided to eliminate our pods altogether! We wanted to stay but there were no 1st floor units with drivable accessibility available for us so we had to move to a different facility. However, Uhaul was kind enough to reimburse our rent for January. While it was super inconvenient to move 2x in 3 months, the staff did all they could. We would recommend the facility to others!

Rented a trailer from them one time, their employee damaged our vehicle, he admitted it to me then went back on it of course the video surveillance disappeared. Over $6 000 worth of damage. Never could get any decent help from this staff… moved out never received a receipt showing my account was closed! Run away from this storage facility, Extra Space is down the street, much nicer, clean and excellent too!

DANIEL B | Expérience généraleI moved into a newly built outdoor storage unit. I placed a 60" flat screen television against the back wall covered by a blanket. At some point, it seems as though the unit shifted on its foundation, crushing the frame against my television, which smashed the screen. I was quite upset about this. Also, the unit was infested with stink bugs upon move out and all cloth items were moldy. This unit is not sealed from moisture and pest intrusion. It served my needs, but I was very disappointed about my television and the need to fumigate and clean all of my items that I removed upon move out.

There is only one staff member and that is the woman is Britney. She is very awesome and this is a true definition of customer service. The rest of the workers need to go back to training and he needs a new manager because Mr. Hart is fairly rough around the edges. Also, my items were mold an mildew and I've always had issues with the rent every single month!

This was extremely poor timing for me and a huge inconvenience. I was offered an outdoor unit in exchange for my indoor unit which was also unacceptable. On the day I came in to question all of this I was greeted by a very unprofessional woman named Brittany who was sucking on a vape stick. When I explained the very bad timing for me to have to deal with moving my things and suggested Uhaul move my things to another unit for me since my moving was due to them, she responded with "that's not my job description". Regardless if its her job description or not she was extremely unprofessional. Overall the unit was fine, I paid that place over $7 000 in storage fees and never had an issue until I was evicted for an air conditioning unit. Very unhappy. Will not recommend.

I would have to shovel myself the mud so I wouldn't track it into the RV. I even had to put the tires on boards to keep the mud off the tires. Nothing was ever done.

All to be treated as if I was out to scam the company. Last straw was when I went to clean out my storage they had a company lock on my door and I asked if I owe the lady at the desk stated I do not but she nor the manger could explain why the had locked my unit out. I closed out the unit and the manger called me to tell me he will not rent to me anymore. Wow!! Is all I can say.

The bus parked next to me cannot park all the way back in his spot. This is due to the giant HOLE in the ground. The area was difficult to move around in as well. This is way to much money for such a badly maintained and sized area. I moved here only because my existing place is doing construction and I cannot stay there anymore. All other areas I tried were full. I will be moving out of here asap. The rest of the facility looks great.

The only thing preventing me from giving perfect scores across the board would be the location and placement of parking signs and space barriers that sometimes were difficult to navigate around as we parked our rig. We have a very large (42') RV and need as much wiggle room as possible to park and store it. But that's it. We are changing storage facilities primarily due to a covered spot having come available elsewhere. Merci.

Then there's a padlock that is used by everyone to access. This means previy owners know the password. Totally unsecured!
