All staff, especially the manager, were always beyond helpful and professional. All concerns and comments were heard and addressed immediately. They were always friendly, kind, easy and comfortable to be around. My only concerns pertain to the unit itself. Rodents - presence of mice. My unit was filled with mouse poop and some items experienced irreparable damage from mouse chewing and urine stains. I did not have any food items in my unit to prevent rodent infestation. I understand rodents are everywhere but did not expect them inside my indoor unit. Unhoused community members - I am hesitant to mention this due to its complexity. I understand there is a mental health and housing crisis in the community and hold sympathy for those affected. That being said, I witnessed unhoused individuals cooking in their units on my floor. In one instance, my spouse found feces in the hallway. Again, this is a complex issue with no clear resolution but I wanted to mention it in case staff was unaware of the effect on the building.

My things were stored for 2 months. I had no idea there was a rat problem! Ruined a lot of my belongings, sentimental things I can't get back! When I mentioned it to the employee, he seemed a bit defensive that I was bringing it up. He told me there aren't any rats in Tulsa, just mice, and he hasn't seen one of those around there in years. I emailed corporate and have yet to get an email back. I will never store my things at this location again.

U-Haul mis-measures and advertises their 6x12 trailer because the opening is about 2' smaller. So I was forced to rent something much more expensive.

Every time I go to this location, there is nobody in the lobby. I wait there for 10+ minutes to pick up my reservation, with no idea of when an attendant will show up. This has happened like 3 times over the last couple years.

Couldn't even get into the location. Trailers and trucks were left out so you can't even pull around the building to the check-in like you are supposed. My truck and AT were stuck in the middle of the driveway until somebody finally showed up to earn their check for working at uhaul but he had an attitude. I guess everything being in the way was somehow MY fault!! This has been the worst experience ever!! I was also forced to use this location because the one I CHOOSE apparently wasn't good enough either!!!!

What keeps me a returning customer are your reasonable prices .

When a customer is unable to use the truck due to unforseen circumstances and they return the truck within 20 minutes, going 6 miles total! If you tell them they'll only be responsible for the mileage and you'll waive the truck fee, then stick to your word. Instead of being discount I was charged $12.xx (3 gallons of gas for 6 miles) that's outrages, especially when the gas was at the same level when checked out

Location was convenient, but we selected self check in and the truck we were assigned was parked behind another truck, so we still had to go in and have someone move another truck in order to get ours. Also, we'd ordered a utility dolly and the truck didn't have one in it except for the one with the zip tie. We were told the person that helped us was going to remove the charge for the one we ordered and then we could just use the zip tie one. When I went to check out, it still had the original we'd ordered on it and the location was already closed, so I just said we didn't cut the zip tie on the one we had in order to only pay for the one we got/used. So hopefully they don't try to charge us for two tomorrow when the location opens.

I requested 2 utility truck, only 1 available in the truck. Customer rep said he would find another but didn't. They did a great job attaching the car trailer and assisting with loading my vehicle.

I recently used U-Haul for a move, and the entire process was incredibly easy from start to finish. Booking online was straightforward, and picking up the trailer was quick and hassle-free. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. The trailer was clean and well-maintained, making the move smooth and stress-free. Overall, a great experience-I'd definitely use U-Haul again!

The trailer was a little dirty inside - looked like something had spilled. But before I even noticed it, the man hooking up the trailer noticed it and mopped the trailer. Good to go.

We were given a truck that was iced over with nothing to use. The truck was stuck in the ice and snow with the worker not helping for over 45 minutes. When he came out he got it stuck even more. When he changed trucks it was nasty. Had used q-tips and condoms in the floor.

Ben, the general manager at this facility, was very professional, and had a staff that was just as good. I would recommend them to anyone, the service was excellent. The facility was very clean. The hours of operation met all of my needs. Ben has a very good crew there. Thank you for the great service.

This is not the first issue I've had with this location; they didn't even open til almost an hour after they were supposed to and yall shouldn't advertise you can pick up a truck anytime when you have to go inside with keys it's very misleading and false advertisement. Moving is already stressful enough, especially when you have people on your schedule. I honestly don't think I'll be back to this location. And Ithe idgaf attitude about the whole thing was the icing on the cake

Its raggedy and roach infested and they try to sell it to you by saying its an 100yr old building almost insinuating that bugs and non maintained units should be the norm. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating but whoever owns this one needs to step it to up

I had my starter go out in the parking lot when I was removing things from my unit and Kevin went above and beyond to give me assistance trying to jump start my vehicle and a few other employees including the manager also gave me help and I am very appreciative of this help.

The storage unit served its purpose, however the staff lacks basic customer service skills. On more the one occasion, I've been made to feel like I'm a bother when asking a question. The most recent encounter was when I got the last couple of boxes out of my unit. I attempted to let the guy wearing a ponytail know that I was out of the unit, but the door was locked and it was a few minutes before 7pm on Saturday. I then knocked on the door and was completely ignored. I thought maybe he didn't hear me, so I knocked again. He then walked from behind the counter and just when I thought he was coming to see what I wanted, he went the back and turned the music up, blasting Rebel Yell by Billy Idol! Completely unprofessional and unbelievable!

Every time I visited this location, the entire team was extremely friendly and helpful! Best place to get a storage unit in Tulsa, Oklahoma! Right across from the DRILLER stadium!

This business makes calls using a restricted caller id so that their customers do not know it's U-Haul calling about their out of date payments, this causing the customer to lose all of their possessions. Very poorly ran business.

I had my stuff in storage for a while the MANAGER himself was absolutely understanding and friendly the associate members have poor attitudes also my storage had rat pellets and mice eating my clothes .

The rent increased once if not twice a year. I cleaned my storage out yesterday, to find mice poop and dead mice littering the floor. I had to throw away tons of clothing ruined by mice! The smell and after effects are Disgusting!

I used U-haul on Archer for over 5 years. Besides a little water damage on a few items, I always felt that my things were safe and environmentally controlled temperatures. I've seen many things get ruined by NOT USING the environmentally controlled storage units. It might be a little more expensive but it's an investment in your things.

I hired a one way rental and changed my pickup location several times. I reserved a stage unit and. hired 3rd party movers on both ends through U-Haul. Every single time I called, I spoke to a different person who immediately knew my rental/reservation history and was able to accommodate me. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! I only needed a U haul Truck for Trucc Luu. Never did I use any storage unit(s) and I even went into the Uhaul place on 11th & memorial, in Tulsa Ok. And tried to speak to them about the online booking. I didn't use this again and I am not mobile to go into A place. Good location and friendly staff; however, when I first checked in to get my unit (after making a reservation), I had to wait for over an hour in line despite only being a few people in front of me. I also saw a dead rat on the floor when I was moving items into my storage unit.

Worst customer service ive ever experienced on November 7th 2021. A man named Dedrick and another guy Derrick who probably gave me a fake name were the worst two employees I have ever met. I politely asked to pay my bill after staniding in line for twenty minutes. The response to my question was a scrunched up face made to appease the customers he was helping and then blatantly ignored. It was only after I stated "really youre just going to ignore me" that my question was answered with the most monotone "it will be a minute sir" ive ever heard. I was in the store to make a payment. But after being treated in such a manner I just got all my belongings out. Those two employees cost a customer that had been there for nearly five months. And was planning on being there another 5 months or more. Now I have my parents ashes in the trunk of my car until I find another storage. Trash service them two guys.

I love the staff and location very much, I come here for all my packing/moving needs. They were so accommodating and super knowledgeable about the facility and rates. After renting the unit I was super excited to get a unit close to the size I needed at this location. If you have a larger and taller unit become available I really could use a larger one if you do. I originally had a unit and needed a bigger one but because of time constraints and the convenience of the location, I ended up renting with your location. Now I've rented a much larger, better unit and I'm working on consolidating the two into one. Here's why I wouldn't recommend your location: small elevator, hard to get in and out of the building with loads, stairs and small weird shaped units. All of those things are because of the building and out of your control and I'm sure you are aware, but that is honestly what I would tell anyone asking about the storage there. Everything else was great. And everyone was very helpful.

Had a 5'x8' trailer and discussed the contents and I was given a storage unit 5 feet off the ground that was a 5'x5' square, 8 feet tall. The unit itself was useless. The door outside wouldn't open

Poorly maintained facility. Hard to move items around storage areas because of poorly designed and maintained entrances, sidewalks and parking lots. Elevator broke several times while renting storage.
