ROBERT W | Expérience généraleIt's only one problem I had when I got the truck they didn't give us the key to the lock and I had to delay time about moving stuff they had to call locksmith to cut the lock off and my daughter lives in Galveston and it was no trucks available she went to one per place and they were so rude to her so we had to go to Lamarque and get a little truck and I know about 30 miles one way but I loved Miss Kathy Old Galveston road and Mitch in Lamarque

Found out she was in the back of the complex unloading a truck and the women in the front wouldn't even unlock the door for us PLUS the women trying to return her truck accidentally locked her phone in the truck and out the key in the door (the other women was in the office but would not open the door). The disregard by the owner about what she had done makes me think this is "business as usual" for her. The Dickenson Feed Store U-Haul rental is SO much better and only a few miles away. (I have actively rented from U-haul since 1989 and I have NEVER written a poor review…until now)

SHARON S | Premières impressionsThe reason why I'm upset I booked the truck in advance gave my credit card the date of me trying to move they didn't have a truck for me then they did find a smaller truck and told me I had to have it back by 8:00 p.m. that is unacceptable I had to pay someone else to help me move and it cost me money it cost me about $300 so no I'm not going to recommend this place to anybody not only did I have to pay for the truck but I had to pay extra money to move and that was unfair to me when I did what I was supposed to do I ordered my drug in advance they told me they have it then when I get to the store they don't have it and then they give me a smaller truck and tell me I have to have it back by 8:00 p.m. so how would you feel and I have a four bedroom two and a half bath house I was moving but it's okay no hard feelings

You always gave me used key fobs that never worked and had to wait in the office for hours to get another used one. You never could get my address and my bank info straight, it didn't matter how many times I gave it to you. So much more.

DAVID MEquipment was mechanically not sound. Suspension was extremely sloppy. Also I was charged for fuel when I left the vehicle with more fuel in it than when I received it. Also they messed my reservation up at first which they have dine every single time I use u haul. I will never use uhaul again

It's indoor humidity controlled and had no water during Hurricane Ike and only a few inches during the Great Flood in Houston. I packed my stuff in plastic totes so nothing ever got wet - which is very important in Galveston County! The security is great too - much in demand for single women. And I'm going to miss these guys!

I was under the impression that I had access to my unit until 10 pm every night but apparently that is not the case unless you are granted special "after office hours access". Regardless, I have been very impressed with UHauls convenience and service throughout my moving process.
