We booked a moving truck with Penske and weren't having a good experience, including the fact that we had reserved furniture pads with them and they didn't give us any. We also ended up having too much stuff for the rental truck we booked. We called this location last minute to see if there were any trailers available, and they were able to get us what we needed and even through in some furniture pads for free. They were very nice and helpful. Because of this experience, we will book with U-Haul next time we need a moving truck instead of Penske.

STEVEN KThe customer service was good. However, this was my 2nd time needing to use a van and it looks like there may be another move when my husband moves. And yes I will probably use this location. But the Van I was given was Filthy outside and inside. It needed washing and on the inside there was dog hair everywhere. My grandbaby and sister are allergic to dog hair. I didn't complain because I was on a schedule. But imagine how I felt when all the other Vans were clean and washed even some newer models and I was given the dirty one. The first thing I want to say is racism being black and a woman
VICI JEverything was fine. The service was very good, but yes, the unit was a little dirty inside. When I put in the mattress I needed to transport, it got very dirty because the floor had remnants of something from Madero. Who knows what it was? That's the only thing I can say.

DONALD MBetter awareness of the state of the tires before customer pick up. I rented a twenty foot truck and during my inspection before leaving the lot I found a float front tire. I had a accept a 15 foot truck because no other 20 footers were available.

The windows were dirty, just water on the windshield would have made a difference. Wipe down the inside of the truck with 409 or cleaner. Smelled dirty too. :o(
ALEXIS HI have no idea why the truck says rent me $19,99 an hour and then you end up paying over a hundred for a couple of hours I could have rented a van cheaper than using a U-Haul. Such a janky van and the seat and steering wheel lock which made it very uncomfortable and a horrible experience.

GENNY BThere's no place to park your car if you rent a truck from this location. I had to park my car at the Pet Suppies Store across the street. Big inconvenience because I was worried if my car would get towed if it was parked to long there. Customer service doesn't advise you where to park your personal vehicle if you have one...

ALTON MI am grateful that after the wedding there was an open unit to store my decorations and I was seeking somewhere to bring all of my event decor. Unfortunately the access hours do not align with what I need. Also saturdays are big event days for me, having to wait in line just to see if I paid so that someone can escort me back to unlock my unit was a little unsettling. All in all the staff at this location are phenomenal and friendly!

I came back from church and wnet to the Greenville location to get van and storage to use between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. No, the man at the desk took one hour to complet the transaction. Not one time during the one hour did he tell me, "Oh by the way, this storage is on the fourth floor." I took van at now 3:30 P.M. and went to my garage to load over 60 one gallon cans and at least 4 Five gallon drums of paints. I came back to the Greenville location at around 3:45 P.M. and then I was told by the attendant outside that the storage was on the fourth floor. I had to take the cans of paint an place them at my home on the front porch and sidewalk because of the hour of the day, now 4:00 P.M. I am seventy-two and cannot load these items upstairs which is what I was directed to do. When I complained inside, one of the men remarked, "Well, if you had been nice about this, we would have helped you." I believe that you have a business run by fools. My $19,95 van rental cost me almost $90 with all your charges of fraud and fees. I will never use your company again. I will never fail to discourage others from using your crazy and fradulent business.

They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and are incredibly accommodating. This particular storage unit is great because you have to go through the office to access it so it is incredibly safe. I was on the bottom level so even in the 100 degree Texas summer my items were still nice and cool. I would 100 % recommended.
