When I went to get my stuff out of my storage it was a 30-day free storage I got my stuff out on the 27th or 28th day actually I didn't get my stuff out I went to get my stuff out and it was empty as though U-Haul had threw it away it wasn't stolen because it was nothing but some trash bags with some miscellaneous in it worth no value in a vacuum cleaner and a very small wet vac and a couple of items but nothing no real value it looked as though U-Haul had just threw it away and then it was a green tag on it when I went to get my stuff I was going to go to the front desk immediately after that but it was so many people in there that I decide to wait I called customer service with my concern but they threw my stuff away and I need to know how to file a claim other than that the customer service staff and everyone were professional but they threw my stuff away I don't know why

The gentleman that was working on Thursday and Friday was very helpful and courteous. He is a great asset to the company. I wish I would have gotten his name. He made renting from UHaul an easy and great experience. We have rented from other UHaul locations in the past and did not have as great of an experience. We will definately rent from this location again.

I don't have any comments for improvements as I am very well pleased every time I rent from this location. Michael went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct trailer for my SUV to pull. He personally looked it over to check that all the tires were in good shape for my hauling needs.

I wish they had to space to store a vehicle, inside. I have an antique car, and would love to have storage for it in such a nice and SUCH good SECURITY. This facility is definitely a cut ABOVE the rest in Wichita. These people are ACCOMODATING of your needs. I wish I could say the same of the others, but they are nothing but a pain in the backside to try to deal with. THESE GUYS are the "Pros" in Wichita. They are a pleasure to work with, and I recommend them wholeheartedly!

I paid for a dolly but didn't get one. Didn't realize it until I got to the place that we were moving items. It made it 10x as long to move things and had to work even harder. That dolly would have helped a lot. So frustrating!!!!

The only thing that I would say is to be more clear when dropping off a trailer but keeping the truck that you can't take the trailer off the account unless you turn them both back over and reup the truck.

I think Cameron needs a bit of reprimanding and training on customer service. I dropped the trailer off at this location yesterday and parked it around back in the stall next to the other trailers. I guess at this location they want you to pull around front through a narrow drive/parking lot so they can inspect there but pulling it around back saved them time. He seemed irritated and lazy that he had to walk around back, which was a longer walk than out front, but saved them time from having to move it themselves to the back lot on the north side of the building. I got irritated because nobody wants to work these days, and he got a little "Let's do your job" from me. Hopefully you will follow up with him. I will not be going back to this location in the future and will look at other rental options rather than U-Haul next time. If you can't train your employees to do their job and be polite to customers, i do not want to do business with you in the future. These third-party companies have always been super nice. Why can't your in-house employees follow suit?

Nothing! Every person we interacted with was professional, personable. They were busy but apologized for delayed. I moved my Granddaughters belongings to Wichita via UHAUL and needed to store them for a couple months. I was grateful to find U-Haul Moving & Storage of Mcadams Park as not only could I rent storage but leave the UHAUL truck at this facility too. The staff were friendly & professional. I highly recommend this company for your UHAUL & storage needs.

Was consistently over temperature. Multiple days where a key wasn't needed to enter facility. Uneven flooring. Pests within unit and all throughout building. Originally supposed to have a first floor unit, at arrival informed me it was no longer available and moved to second floor. Glass and thrash all over loading docks.

my pets were late die to pay days the would not change to closer or the 1st so it would.nt be late but wouldn't work with me. but that's how yall money off of us. I was told late fee started after 5 days past due date. but not him it went from 5 days to 3 days from one month to next. I shouldn't referral that uhaul coz it's not the same for all just depends how he will make money off you. never again.

We used uhaul as we needed to empty an apartment in a hurry due to medical issues. The staff at McAdams park were wonderful and vet helpful. 6 months later we needed to move everything and as we were out of state we called to arrange moving help and Uboxes. Again the staff at McAdams were super helpful, calling me once the job was done and helping me close out remotely. Can't say enough good things about them.

I am very unsatisfied with U-Haul. My storage was broken in from someone using the other side of my storage connections, took screws out, climbed over and stole my merchandise. That's how unsatisfied I am for my merchandise to be there only one week.

Checked out months ago but staff member was like ok your good to go when I turned in my access card then 2 months later received a bill for 2 months rent plus late fee. Was corrected by manager who was helpful but still no attention paid by lower employees

My biggest and probably only complaint is you can never talk to the manager nor any other staff member because they do not answer the phone, do not respond to voicemails and they do not answer emails. Now I have the representatives that answer the calls phone sending messages for them to call me but I still have not received anything from this facility. Very, very frustrating just as frustrating that the people that answer the phone are more or less there to take reservations and anything else they direct your call to the manager… the one that does not communicate back!!

Raschell was amazing at insuring my transition from my U-haul truck to my storage unit was a success. I have physical limitations at times that limits my mobility but Raschelle was very caring about my comfortability throughout the entire process. She was very helpful with making sure I knew exactly where my unit was and that I also had plenty of space to accommodate all of my belongings. The amount of loading equipment and massive elevator made unloading my truck a breeze for all of my helpers. U-haul will be my go to location for all of my ongoing storage needs. I will also recommend U-Haul to all of my friends and family. Thank you to Raschelle and all of her team members who helped with making my move a great experience.

Very well kept and cleaned and made me feel more at ease with my personal keepsakes knowing the security measures they use and that it's protected and there are alarms on doors to units if not checked in through key pad code was a good feeling to have when it comes to valuable/irreplaceable items! 😉 WILL USE SERVICES AGAIN!!!!!

The only thing that i didnt like at all, was that you had room @ your dock for about 4 trucks to pull in & back up onto your loading & unloading dock, it would be nicer if you spread out loading area, like 2 spots in the very beginning of your warehouse, 2 or 3 more doors half way down the back of your warehouse & than maybe 2 or 3 more doors to load & unload at tge very end of your warehouse

I was broken into and lost $14 000 worth of 21 years of memories and gear. My lock was literally cut off my unit and they stole a UHaul truck to carry my stuff away to sell off. I'd sooner give my stuff away than use UHaul ever again! Worst customer service I've ever seen and absolutely lied about it being a secure location. You have phone number but if not 760-401-5147. Love to talk to corporate on this.

Even on cooler days, the building was quite hot (above 80*F). The elevators are dangerous due to the doors not staying up when opening/closing them. We'd have to push it up and rush into the elevator quickly to avoid being hit or the gate hitting our items. With other more modern and safer options in the area, I won't be using this facility again. However, the staff was helpful!

The second floor units are difficult to get to. With two old freight elevators, one of which being broken on multiple visits and the other not always available, it was not terribly convenient to access my unit. I moved to a more modern, ground floor storage facility elsewhere.

Very rare that I would say "excellent" of my own free will. I have become accustomed to antagonism, masquerading as service. NOT in this case AT ALL. You have an excellent service person at this facility. Further, it seems apparent to me that you have repurposed an older, existing facility with modern storage equipment and security features. I am extremely impressed. It seems to me that someone has "re-thought" and somewhat reinvented Uhaul as a modern competitive company, much different from my experiences thirty years ago. Such a pleasure to see where this company has gone, particularly in an Era when "obstacle-tech" has become a prized asset of so many otherwise, product desirable companies.

Locks were placed on my unit twice and I wasn't notified. First time they didn't have a key and wouldn't cut the lock off!! Took 2 days to get a resolution. Second time they acted like it was no big deal because the circle lock is required and free when you rent the unit. Wasn't given one when I rented and had been there a year. Worst customer service ever!! They also charge a $20 late fee if rent is 1 day late. Will never use them if I need storage in the future.

Arrived at 11pm. Spoke with representatives earlier that day and the previous day. I let them know I would be in late. They made no mention that I would not have access after hours. Next morning. Based on the unit number we assumed the unit was on the 2nd floor. No stairs anywhere...eventually we realized we needed to take the freight elevator just to find the unit. Silly and excessive, stairs would be fast and efficient. The first representative I talked to said there would be a lock in the storage locker. The next day second representative said there would be no lock. So of course I had to pick up a lock. Finding a lot to three trips to different stores. Eventually I found one and of course there was a lock in the locker. Not sure why they were the mixed signals. Two days ago I called about the free first day for college students promotion based on the COVID-19 move out. I was told I would receive a phone call in return. I'm still waiting

The roof leaked and water was pooling at the door of some units during my last visit. The alarms would sound after hours despite paying extra for 24h access.i won't be using these facilities again.

Uhaul overheated n shut down multiple times while towing. However the roads where wet so the tow function was off for majority of the 600mile trip. And I left my boys Nintendo in the Uhaul. Lol.

The delivery fees of my UBoxes was absolutely ridiculous for a mere 15 miles away@ $800+. The staff was very accomodating swapping boxes on the trailer to meet my timelines of the movers to unpack.
