When I placed the order, I asked for a truck, a dozen blankets and an appliance dolly. I received the truck, but neither the blankets nor the appliance dolly. I went back to the location to get those only to be told that they did not have an appliance dolly available. They not only failed to get the order right, but they failed to notify me that the dolly was not available and charged me for it. I had to ask for a refund (which I have not received yet). They didn't even seemed concerned about their mistake. BAD BUSINESS!!DANIEL T.

This was a utility trailer, so I didn't expect perfection, but it had a lot of mud on the outside of it when I picked it up. Not anyone's fault, but it developed a brake issue that resulted me in having to get a replacement trailer and off-load my stuff onto it. The whole process cost me one of my two days' rental period, so I was unable to complete all the work I had intended to get done.Kevin M.

I APPRECIATE THE HELP THE HELP ON UHAUL ON 1000. E.3th N but When I returned the UHAUL TRUCK ON 7740 Metcalf Overland Park I was shocked because of the two black men that worked there at 11am on Saturday the 10th 2021 Very rude they did not help me but I soon as I packed and walking towards the UHAUL office to take the keys one of the black man yelled at me while trying to return the key inside I was very angry.He was very far from He yelled to me to give the the keys to that man behind you outside and. told me I owe $8:00 and I am done.I was shocked cos that not how I returned my tUHAUL trucks before I had to take the key inside and they will come and check the equipment and miles and gas and I always got good customer service but this time around they really need to do something about this issue because I still have questions and I do not think I owe UHAUL anything. cos I even put more gas on the truck.I needed to speak to someone inside they did not give me a CHANCE the line was so long and it was raining and I was cold and wet from moving and I went inside they came inside to help more than ten people one person taking over 30minutte I did want to talk to. those two men I was tired from driving all late night from wichita to Overland Park and. I to move all that stuff very early return the truck and then get yelled at I decided to leave I left but I would like to talk to someone else but not them.Josephine W.

I WAS TOLD THAT THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT THERE WOULD ONLY BE A HOLD ON THAT AMONT AND IT WOULD NOT BE PROCESSED PAYMENT. WHEN, I RETURNED THE VAN...THE MAN THAT ASSISTED ME SAID "ONE MOMENT I WILL BE RIGHT BACK", UPON RETURN HE WENT TO COMPUTER AND A FEW MOMENTS LATER HE SAID" OK HERE YOU GO...YOU ARE ALL DONE". I SAID, "WHAT YOU MEAN?, I DON'T HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES?...HE SAID"YES, I PROCESSED PAYMENT". I SAID "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME WHAT YOU WERE DOING, I WAS GOING TO USE A DIFFERENT CARD". ALL HE SAID "I'M SORRY". I SAID "NOW YOU HAVE CAUSED MY ACCOUNT TO BE OVERDRAWN". THEN I SAID, NO YOU DIDN'T..PAYMENT WENT THRU". I GOT AN ALERT ON MY PHONE THAT INDICATED IN FACT THE TRANSACTION DID CUZ MY ACCOUNT TO BE OVERDRAWN...I THEN WENT NACK TO THE STORE AND HE ONLY OFFERED ME ADVICE ON HOW TO REACH BANK SERVICES. FOR ONE, I HAD TO CATCH A RIDE TO THE UHAUL STORE AS WHEN I CALLED. ONLY ON HOLD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS REALLY PISSED AS I KEPT CALLING UNTIL I GOT TO THE STORE ONLY TO SEE HIM DOING NOTHING...HE SHOULD HAVE ANSWERED THE PHONE. THE OTHER REASON I WAS PISSED...I AM 62 YRS OLD WITH A BAD KNEE...I GOT DROPPED OFF AND HAD TO WALK HOME. ALSO, THE SO CALLED. "HOLD" THAT WAS PUT ON MY ACCOUNT IS A DIFFERENT AMT. THAT WAS CHARGED TO MY ACCT. PAPERWORK INDICATED $47.47...CHARGED 54.29. I WAS CHARGED TWICE....WHEN I RETURNED VAN I WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL 164.38. ME RECEIPT INDICATES 143.47. WHEN I ASKED WHY CHARGED ADDITIONAL AMTS., HE TOLD WASN'T ON UHAULS END AND TO FOLLOW UP WITH MY BANK. I DID FOLLOWUP WITH MY BANK, I WAS TOLD THE CHARGES CAME FROM UHAUL. I rented a 15 for u-haul truck and hired a recommended moving company from the u-haul site, L.C. and Sons. The manager of the moving company called me prior to the moving date and confirmed the details such as the size and location of my current and future residences. I rented the u-haul truck for about $60 and hired lc & sons for 3 hours at $70/hr to load and unload the truck. The first guys that came were a young pair who did an awful job. It took them 2 hours to load the truck, which was way too much time. They went really slow. By the time we got the truck to the new apartment, there was only 35 minutes to unload the truck, and they had a job right after mine, so they couldn't stay longer. The truck was still 90% full at this point. Before they left, they told me they had a proposition for me. They told me they'd come back after they get off work for $30 each/hour. The owner told me they didn't have anyone else to send, so I felt I didn't have a choice and agreed. They left. Needless to say, all of my belongings were in the truck. Medications, frozen food. I waited for 4 hours for them to come back, and they never showed up. I complained to the manager, who contacted me the next morning. I had to go without medications that night and sleep on the floor with no blankets because everything was in the truck. I couldn't even go look for anything because it was so tightly packed. The manager and his wife came the next morning and unloaded the truck in 35 minutes at no extra charge, so he did make it right. However, I lost all of my frozen food because it had thawed out overnight. He reimbursed me for the second day I had to keep the uhaul truck. Now my recliner is broke. The first guys took it apart to pack it, and now it won't go back together.Kimberly S.
