Horrible customer service especially by those online - was told that the manager would call me first thing to discuss a dispute, never heard from them. I went into the facility where the storage manager was helpful, and aided my situation. However, the lack of propriety shown by many phone aids was despicable. Two of the four phone calls I was met with haughty and rude representatives. The other two were very polite. Needless to say I will be searching out other means of transportation from here on out with my estate projects.
vivien sCole was awesome! He got me checked in quickly and the guy that hooked me up (forgot his name) was friendly and got me on the road quickly. This is the second time I've rented a trailer in the last month here, and I'll only go to this location for my rental needs due to the employees!!! A++++ customer experience!!

The next car hauler trailer was beat up and dirty but serviceable. it did well on a 280 mile trip. I had a terrible experience with an employee named Greg. Without warning or provocation he started yelling at me, cursing at me and threatened me with physical harm. I almost called the police and looking back I should have. The store manager intervened and with the help of another employee helped me with the trailer. I never expected to go to a U-Haul store, pay my money for a rental and be treated like that. This U-Haul employee verbally assaulted me and threatened me with physical violence. I will never use this U-Haul store again.

Also it should say on the website that you cannot rent a van or pickup truck with a debit card. Those are small things but still should be more accurate. The shop is well run and the customer service is exceptional!

RICKEY MI'm Handicaped and can't bend my knees. I rented a 10 ft because they had no vans or small trucks anyways I couldn't get into the truck because it is very high, I asked to rent a step stool to get into the truck and was told they had nothing. I almost had to get a cancelation until I had them pull the truck next to the curb to use it to get into the truck. When I returned the truck after hours that night I dropped the key in the box and left , when I checked my bank balance I saw I was charged $26 extra so I called and was told it was for not filling in the after hours return form, I wasn't told to do this when getting the truck so I was told it would be returned, well it was only a $20 return not the $26. ????. Another call to them to find out. They were very nice about everything.
Connie KOnly 1 staff was working, she was swamped and was all over the place helping everyone so it was a bit of a wait , I understood she was doing her best but she needed another person to assist her , everyone in line was getting antsy . My reservation was at 11am I don't leave there until 11:30 due to her stopping to assist others etc . She was very polite and super helpful but overwhelmed with another staff to assist would have been a smoother transition .

onera iI was waiting in line for close to ten minutes while a customer was talking about everything under the sun to the clerk. The truck's right rear tire was leaking air. The tech. filled it up prior to my departure when I brought it to his attention and the warning light came on again while I was using the vehicle.

Eddie HFix your corporate reservation system so it does not schedule installations for when parts and personnel are not available. Store staff don't trust the online inventory system, and have trouble verifying parts at another location because no one answer their calls. I had a 2 pm appointment. Paperwork was set up by 2:15, but nonody told the hitch installer there was a work order. After an hour and a half I saw my car had not been touched. I asked the clerk, who knew nothing about it. All in all, worst experience witha business in my entire (71 year) life.
Mitchell MPicked my car up to see that the install was not really completed. The hitch and wiring harness were unusable because the openings for them had not been cut out. Car was there over 6 hours and then I had to sit and wait while the manager did his best to try and address because the hitch install guy had already left. I now have to bring the.car back when somebody is around who can fix it. I purposefully paid for the install because it was complicated but I could have done a better job installing myself.

They also didn't know that the stairs weren't open. Once Doug found out, he quickly resolved the issue by opening up the stairs and got an update on the fire alarm work.

My Apple Watch kept giving me warnings that the noise was above 90 decibels (dBA). OSHA standard is 85 dBA for your employees, so 90 dBA is above that level and consequently damages hearing. My suggestion would be to either determine all the possible ways the alarm could be triggered, and retrain your staff and subsequent customers, so the alarm is not triggered or lower the alarm volume, so it is not harmful and annoying for the customer.

Franklyn B | Expérience généraleThe overall storage experience was five-star. However, the elevator hasn't been working for over a month and our unit was on the second floor. Not having a working elevator was extremely inconvenient while we were clearing out our unit. All storage items had to be physically carried down the stairs to vacate the unit. We are both senior citizens and this was quite stressful and painful for our physical bodies. The location should provide complementary move-in and move-out service while the elevator is down. The customer shouldn't bear the brunt of the elevator not being in operation. We even had a customer stop us to ask if we could help her carry some of her things to an upper floor because she was there solo. The employees were very apologetic about the elevator being out of service. When we inquired about the out of service elevator earlier this month we were told that the elevator service company was waiting on a part for the repairs. Here we are at the end of the month and the elevator is still out of service. The elevator service company needs to understand the gravity of this situation and be required to assist with the funding of the move-in and move-out service while the elevator is out of service. If repairing this elevator was impacting their bottom line the necessary part would be more of a priority to them.
denise l | Expérience généraleThe facility is extremely clean, and the staff always provides great service. My only opportunity with the facility is the inconsistency of a safe & working elevator. My unit is on the 3rd floor & the last two times I have needed to get to my unit the elevator was broken. The team went out of their way to find a solution the last time the elevator was down. However, because it is consistently broken, I am nervous every time I need to go to the unit. If this happens again, I will need to find another facility and I really do not want to do this. I am also open to moving to a first floor unit.

Thaddus P | Expérience généraleWhen we first called the 800 number to reserve a large storage unit, we explained to the girl the size of the rental truck we had, our current location and what we needed. Unfortunately, she made it sound as good f this place was close by and the unit we reserved was large enough. However, when we got there, it was WAY further away then we wanted and the unit wasn't even close to what we needed. Thank goodness the gentleman helping me had a unit available that was big enough for us. Only complaints would be, the PRICING for the units inside the store were way less than what we were charged and they would not honor that. Also, There needs to be better signs explaining how to enter the facility as well as access to put garbage when needed. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful! Even though it was much further than we wanted to go and could have rented somewhere closer for the same price, we were happy.

The unit was clean, easy to access with plenty of courtesy moving carts. Also Miss Nora (employee) was AMAZING!! We got to the unit about an hour before closing and she helped us move our items without us even asking. She was so sweet and made our experience great! Highly recommend this storage unit.

They treated me like crap at the fist place the guy was rude supervisor got me into the 10*10 in Ocoee not once offering insurance or anything it was late and they were both closing up and was in a rush to get to the Ocoee location. Checked my things a month later My things were leaked on from the unit above and a lot of my things were molded. Peggy stated that's the liability I take without insurance took pictures and I filed a claim but got no where because I didn't have insurance plus I just lost my son and had just too much going on to fight this but I took major losses dealing with uhal and it seemed like my bills just kept going up every month since August.. They were adding charges for 24 hr access I didn't request more than at the time of getting the units and rate increases often for a unit that ruined my things.. Peggy and Alex were nasty at both Uhal and just unprofessional.. I had to relocate my things else where and moving out of the RV spot this weekend

Varesh P | Expérience généraleI say average because I've used storage elsewhere and this uhaul seems to uphold a certain standard in what people want and expect from a storage facility, especially at this price range. I'm not sure if it's because of the location or because they can but the prices are a little higher than they probably need to be and just before we left our unit we were told the rates were going UP. Uhaul also does not offer military discounts for storage which is also why I give them an average. Our new storage unit did offer us a discount on an even bigger unit.

Antonio T | Expérience généraleLied to by the staff. Mistakenly charged for free storage, when I tried to correct it in person the first time, Doug lied saying he couldn't do a thing about it. I called customer service, they were astounded at this lack of responsibility. They told me to return to the local store. Then I was helped finally and was refunded. Except now I have a moving truck, told I'd just owe mileage and gas after drop off, tried to charge me $90 because they tacked on extra insurance and a random "rental fee" for $40. Wtf??? I called customer service AGAIN, and I was told I would only owe for the mileage I went over. So these people are liars and scammers. Oh and the customer service wait is always an hour.

Y el camión no sufrió ningún daño ya que el viaje fue directo el mismo día de punto a punto. Gracias
