The facility is extremely clean, and the staff always provides great service. My only opportunity with the facility is the inconsistency of a safe & working elevator. My unit is on the 3rd floor & the last two times I have needed to get to my unit the elevator was broken. The team went out of their way to find a solution the last time the elevator was down. However, because it is consistently broken, I am nervous every time I need to go to the unit. If this happens again, I will need to find another facility and I really do not want to do this. I am also open to moving to a first floor unit.

The manager was so super nasty when i contacted them to explain my bill. I have never been so distespected. I think uhaul feels we need them to rent trucks and they rip you off .
