THOMAS VWorst experience ever. These people ignored me. They would not speak or answer questions. Dropped off the u haul and they took it without verifying any information from me and literally ignored me when I was asking questions. We went to who seemed like the customer service person and asked are we good to go and he replied with he doesn't handle that. This was the most odd experience and worst service ever. It was a complete 180 from the pick up location or any other u haul services I've used in the past in other cities. You need to get a higher level person to audit this location because nobody will want to use u haul after this experience.
JOSEPH Gvery upset with this location. We returned right after they closed, minutes after 7pm. Had problems using the ap to do the return. called customer service who made the notes in the return, after I emailed her the pictures. Was charged for additional fees. Have tried calling location and just get put on hold. I do not feel I should have been charged, $40 for another day, $15 for insurance and $20 for after hours.

HEYWARD HI am not happy with the fact that I wasn't able to drop off the truck at a location closer to my destination. It was frustrating have to drive 25 minutes out of my way.

MOHAMMAD SAfter waiting nearly 6 hours with no updates, the wiring was never hooked up and there are functions on my car that no longer work and must be fixed. Blind Spot Assist is Inoperative. U-haul needs to fix this ASAP.

Your company has two very valuable assets in the 2 associates that helped me today on Credit Union Lane. The young lady I believe her name was Casey( please forgive me for forgetting) is an experienced problem solver and really saved the day for me and the customers behind me in line. There was also a young man that came in to help out on a scheduled day off, who went above and beyond as well to keep things moving efficiently. Their positivity made the difference and ensured that my next move will definitely be with U-Haul.

I had turned in the uhaul autobody transport with Sebastian (who was quite helpful and courteous as well) and had seen how busy they were so Raven came in clutch as she was about to be off. At the end I turned in the 15' truck to an African American young man who's name started with an "A" and he was helpful as well - gave me time to fold up my 2 dozen blankets and avoid the fee. All in all an experience that was handled well on their end from the point of view of someone who had just flown to Detroit, had to pack up a uhaul in the snow, drove it all night down to SC, and then unload it to the storage unit in nonstop fashion. Truly appreciated them.
