ADRENA MThe trailer was plenty wide for the vehicle we hauled but we weren't aware that the back corners of the walls protruded on each side across the back reducing the open with and both back tires were almost touching. It was the trailer with a lift ramp. Otherwise all went well.
JIMMIE VDolly was not in truck. Once we opened the truck and realized it was not given to us ot was too late to go back.
Rhodessa RThere was a bit of a wait at the counter, and the only open parking space had what looked like sandbags partially blocking it so I parked with the trucks. Bathroom was clean, service was friendly and fast as they could be. It's a spring weekend so peak moving season and delays are expected, but please keep limited parking clear.

TODD CI had a reservation to get a truck at the Beavercreek location but their payment system did not work and I had to go to another location. The Linden Ave location was wonderful and super helpful

Turn when I got there the man said 34 then 1. 00 fee then at last second charged me 100 dollars . When I said something he didn't care he said I talked to traffic and every store is different even though I called that location . Then said I won't get back until 3 to 5 days . Very unprofessional . I will not go back to them again . Very disappointed.
ANGELA MI wouldn't recommend Uhaul to my worst enemy. not only are they not helpful, I got scammed and had to pay 300 dollars extra. I will go elsewhere next time and certainly will let everyone know what a terrible interaction I've had with them.

Erivelton CRidiculous, as soon as you are moved in, rates start going up. I was paying nearly double what my move in rate was. I actually got a 10x20 closer to my home for less than I was paying for a 10x10 at your facility. Anyways glad I found a cheaper option. As I could nearly rent an apartment for what you were charging in total for what was a 10x20 storage area. Nearly $500/month. Insanity.

MICHAEL MZach was great they treat me very good since i came to them instead of the location right around the corner from my new house. The location that I refuse to ever visit again is on Harshman road in Riverside Ohio.because of how I was treated.

SARA HThe improvements to this location's physical layout and service capabilities are quite impressive. I had not been to this store location for several years, and am impressed with both the physical improvements, and the customer service focus exhibited by the employees.
DEAN PClean and Disinfect the steering wheel. Driver's side visor kept falling down. The truck would always start out in towing mode and sounded like it was gonna blow up until I found the button to turn it off but even after turning off tow mode it would come back on the next time I started the truck. Besides those 3 issues the truck ran good.
THOMAS SWe always seem to get charged for "more" miles or gas or both. We put the same amount of gas back in the truck that we used this time and I was still charged for more. The last two times I returned a truck there I was overcharged miles.

KEITH BI reported a break in of my unit and asked for someone to contact me about the incident and no one called back. When I called the office to notify them, they said I didn't have Uhaul insurance and there was nothing they could do and to call my insurance company. I asked for a manager to call me back and they said they would have the storage manager contact me. The police also stopped in the office as part of their report. The issue is there is a large gap at the top of some units people can climb over and get in. This appears to be how they accessed my unit. Not much was taken, but the lack of concern on Uhaul's side has lead me to move to a different service.

GREGORY SI've been dealing with you all for years especially the one on Linden Avenue Dayton Ohio. I have worked with the one on East 3rd Street a few times and had good dealings with them . The one on Linden Avenue I use a lot because it's close to my house first time I went there I had a trailer hitch put on they're real good job.

JUSTIN SThis place only puts you on hold when you call and they don't come back to the phone. They overcharged me a gas fee when I have pictures that show otherwise.
JOSE HI was bumped to this location from original Beavercreek location because U-Haul failed to have a truck they promised. That being said, the Linden Ave. location was wonderful. The lady that helped me get the truck was quick and knowledgeable, in and out in 5 min. On return, lady was equally knowledgeable and was very efficient. This location was 5 star.

When I came back to pick up my stuff in my unit after 2yrs, there was rat poop everywhere on my stuff. This a indoor climate controlled facility with a rat problem. Lastly there is a window completely broken and pieces everywhere. It is covered up by cardboard. The glass was never picked up. I am completely surprised how this store runs a business. Never recommending to anyone.

Then, it took me driving their after two weeks of moving out of my units to close my accounts so I wouldn't get charged for another month.

We were annoyed at the immediate almost unstable $5 increase to 64.99. When the rate eventually increased to 79,99 for a 5x10x10 we were very dissatisfied. we were told the increase was not to keep people like us out, but to keep the riff faff out.
andrew m | Expérience généraleI've been calling the 800 number and local for 2 weeks now trying to connect my linden ave rental to my online account. The lady on the 800 # didn't know how and no one answers the phone at the store.. so how am I supposed to pay my bill ??? This is ridiculous

We were "yelled" at since it was already after 6 pm and we had not done "all the paperwork" yet. The store was open until 7. We had reserved the unit for Thursday, July 2. Since the unit had also "not been cleaned," we agreed to come back on Friday July 3. When we arrived the next morning, the unit had STILL not been swept and mopped. So the unit was WET when it was turned over to us. Cardboard and wet floors do not make a good mix. Our time was wasted waiting for the unit to be cleaned and the floor to dry so we could place our boxes in the unit. The unit should have been cleaned in a timely manner, maybe Wednesday? Thursday morning?

If I don't use an entire month I shouldn't be charged for it. I'll never use UHaul for anything else ever again. You Lost a customer for life. I also will not recommend you to anyone.
