Got a quote in May and when I rented it the rate had more than doubled not good customer service.
RANDY DI have not moved out of one of my units, and the staff at Uhaul and facilities at Uhaul are excellent… I have never had a negative experience with Uhaul I recommend all of my friends and family.

Joel KOnly one person seemed to be working the time I was there, and seemed overwhelmed trying to help people in-store and on the phone. Otherwise helpful. Chains on the vehicle trailer were not set up right and there was no way to secure them to the frame of the car being towed - I ended up using zip ties and duct tape to try to keep them attached.

Once he finally found my reservation the agent then tried to charge me for multiple days even though the reservation was for one day

Blew a tire on two different trailers, like come on…

Hilary R | Expérience généraleThe inside of the trailer was filthy and had a lot of alfalfa pellets in it. The bumper pad rails ruined my beige chair (upholstered) due to how dirty it was. It's now covered in black dirt that won't come off. Customer service was good.

RODNEY OUsing a QR code or your online incident reporting is stupid I am trying to get from point A to point B the last thing I need is to pull over and wait on you. I did have a wild turkey fly out in front of me and broke the grill of my rental vehicle but fortunately I spoke with a real human and she gave me the proper requirements to make a claim after that I was very satisfied with the on the road support.

ALLEN LFirst time renting trailer from UHaul, associates were friendly and got me a trailer, hooked it up made sure lights all worked and when I returned didn't even have to call inside as I'm in a wheelchair. The guy came outside and unhooked it and off I went. Will be back next weekend for another trailer!

GARY PAfter I got the cargo trailer in Wamsutter at 12:00 PM, my truck broke on my way back to Rock Springs. The towing truck took the cargo trailer to U-Haul at 18:45 PM, since my truck was disabled. I requested a store credit so I can use it after the repair of my truck. The agent in service claimed he could not make any decision without his supervisor's input. This morning the same agent was unable to explain the reasons he charged me $47 for a cargo I did not use and that was returned within 6 hours. I believed à store credit was a fair decision since the truck break was involuntary and unexpected.

PAUL NOur storage unit and the help we got in Rock Springs was wonderful. I goofed up and set off the indoor alarm because I forgot what all to do then, but other than that it was a breeze moving. The pickup location for getting our truck was not great though, the Uhaul representative there was offensive and rude, he made a comment about having sexual relations with his sister. "Why go down the street when you can go down the hall?" Gross.

Also everytime I was there they had a lock on my unit saying it was not closed and they said if they can open it they put a lock on it so had worker go back to unlock it and show me that it could open and when they tried it didn't even budge. I would also receive messages and they would say it automated as reminders but they were different each time some even being rude. I would not recommend.

Two cars were parked for an extended time despite not doing any active loading or unloading at the time. We didn't have enough room for the truck/trailer with both bays partially occupied for so long.

David H | Premières impressionsThe real complaint that I have is that I have paid an additional $15 per month on my minimum Disability check that direct deposits around the 3rd. That is approximately $270 or more in fees or 5 months of storage at $55 per month. Also the new doors scraped the back of my bumper. I filed a claim with Uhaul. Other than that my moves and access to box and unit have been good. The new facilities are quite nice.

I was inside at my unit and couldn’t figure out how to get out because the sliding doors locked me in at 7 pm. I had to go out a garage door port to leave and couldn’t figure out why I got locked inside when the door says I have access until 10 pm. Also we asked the front desk and they said it locks at 7 even tho the sign says 10 and that we could pay for 24 hour access if we wanted too

She didn't tell me that a lock already came with the storage, didn't tell me I had to scan my security card before opening my storage or scanning out when leaving. I also rented a 10 uhaul but when I I went to get it it wasn't back and another girl couldn't get in touch with the person who had it. She gave me to 15ft van for the same price $19.99. When I got it she didn't show me how to open the back or pull out the ramp. Also the passenger side seatbelt was broke. The place needs to hire more people...

I inquired about boxes for purchase and was never provided a price which was a little frustrating given the proper boxes allows movers to be more organized and allows for a safer transport. The Sally Port was extreamly hot and stuffy, making the off load miserable. Due to no ventilation I picked up the unpleasant odor of animal urine. I don't care for the inability to access the units by vehicle as it becomes daunting and more work. Over all, I appreciate your company.

I was treated like a person instead of a criminal. I was notified of everything thoroughly instead of being subjected to listening to the staff complaining about their job and the hours made available to customers. I was shown the utmost respect and consideration instead of being criticized and mocked for having to reserve a UHaul and move in the nasty weather. I would never recommend anyone that I care about to visit the Center street location BUT I will most definitely recommend the newer location in Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901. The customer service was what "customer service" should be!
