The hitch wasn't installed correctly. There were only 2 bolts in the very front of the hitch connecting the hitch to my 2019 Nissan Pathfinder, and two straps of metal connecting it from the frame to the plastic bumper. I have to take the vehicle to a body shop to make sure the frame didn't twist. I almost lost the trailer and could of killed someone had I been going more than 25 mph. I will never have U-Haul install another hitch again. I will be heading to the shop later this afternoon to confront them about this. And by the way, it's a class III hitch and the trailer is only 2400lbs.

we asked for a 20 ft truck and only got a 10. we asked for a truck with a ramp. No ramp. We asked for a dolly. No dolly. Gal in the office was cold and unfriendly. Not impressed.

The company's allotted mileage for one-way rentals is inadequate. We did not do any extra driving around town and somehow we were charged for an extra 15 miles. This on top of returning the truck earlier than necessary and filling the gas tank more than required since you can't tell the tank level as you're refueling. So we paid for more than a quarter tank of gas that we did not use and used only 1 day of our 2-day rental, yet were charged for extra mileage that should have been part of the rental. Also, there was a sign inside the truck that offered a $25 refund for the truck being returned swept clean, which it was. We never received said refund.

Everything was great! I also hired 2 movers to empty out 2 storage units and move everything to my new place. I had Jerson and his father from PSL Movers and they were work horses! They went above and beyond to assure me that everything would be okay. I'm 61 years old and physically disabled and wasn't much help to these guys but they made it look easy. We got along great and they truly were a great team. I don't plan on moving again, but if I did, I'd make sure that I had PSL Movers and Jerson and Dad to get the job done. If you are planning a move, I'd definitely go with PSL Movers and ask for Jerson. You won't regret it. They are truly 2 of the best people I have met in a very long time.

The truck was very clean with one exception. The inside of the windshield was very dirty. Otherwise no issues whatsoever. Will definitely use again if needed

Very friendly and attentive staff at this location. Prior to getting in touch with this location, UHaul corporately switched us from Milton, to Montoursville , which was not at all convenient or timely for us. Finally, they reserved our truck at Shamokin Dam and gave us an extra day and some more miles.

I originally reserved a car hauler from the Williamsport location. However when we called we were told it was for in town use only. We were offered a dolly which we did not want. When my husband went to the location they had 2 car haulers. Refused to rent one. It's ridiculous that I was able to rent a car hauler returning to an out of town location to find out they would not allow it. That location was rude and unprofessional.

The location is hard to get in and out of there is no room in parking lot to park or move trailer had to go through a pot hole the size of a small pond the space between my vehicle and the trailers and trucks that were parked around was literally 12 inches of i was lucky trying to park trailer in a good spot was a joke I jad to un hook and move by hand this location needs to move toa larger area or have less haul vehicles and when I say lessen it needs to be by half to 3/4

The young lady who handled our rental was fantastic. There was a gentleman in front of us who did not speak English but had a lady with him to translate. They did take a while, and I was impressed with the U-Haul employees handling of the customer. At this time there were now 3 people waiting. I am a business owner and would be happy to hire this young lady to work for me. The Above Average rating was only because there was only 1 employee working on a Saturday.

Location was pretty neat and clean, a little cramped as I had a lot of stuff but that's okay. The woman at the store was extremely nice and awful and she made the transaction quick and easy. She didn't hound me with upsell attempts which was pleasant. The vehicle itself was clean and ran fine. I think, though it was showing its age of 165k, plus, rust starting, decals fading And even though it drove straight, the wheel was at a 10:00 position. That's most likely causing tire wear. Overall, I would choose them again, I drove an extra 20 minutes to pickup truck from this place instead of a more local competitor.

Truck was old and out dated lady working just wasn't the friendliest. I had two tiny pieces of trash she wouldn't let me just throw that away she said she was gonna charge me for it. To be honest caught me off guard I used U-Haul many times in the past this was definitely the worst experience. Probably will look elsewhere next moving time

I impressed the lady employee backing in a car hauler first try perfectly and I don't pull a trailer very often. So many people don't understand how to back a trailer up. Rented from their before and will do it again.

Of course I would forget to ask exactly where the equipment gets returned to. I would like to suggest that during pick up, the customer should be informed of drop off location. Especially at the Shamokin Dam location. It is a high traffic area and the sign for equipment return is about 18"x 24" and dark blue in color. IThe sign also sets in behind the parking area. I was clueless.

Everything was great. Especially like to be able to do all of the reservations online. Having 16' to 20" trucks available is always helpful for my company to be able to rent them.

I was supposed to pick it up at one location they sent me 40 miles away and then said they would come the mileage. But when I dropped it off they charged me more. Didn't do what they said. Charged me for miles they took from me. I moved 4 times in 3 years and used uhaul but after this trip no more.

No waiting area and no restroom . If you have a Chrysler Pacifica don't take it here. Took 6 hours for wiring and hitch installation.

The lady ar the desk was fantastic and she even tried to help me in getting the uhaul truck to be dropped there instead of the place that was recommended because the truck I had was scheduled to be used later that day but at that location but I was there and the mechanic had to do some maintenance on that truck so he gave the couple a 20 ft instead of my 15 ft. So in real time I could have dropped my truck hete instead of 30 miles away. I would like to have someone from uhaul call me at 812 207 9660 so I could tell you the whole story. I cannot say enough about your staff member in health friendly,courteous, polite, helpful and Knowledgeable he was. That is someone I would look for to be a representative for my company in retail and dealing with customers. I am so sorry I forgot his name I never took the time to look as bad I was just so pleased with how to care of us. Randy Miller
