At the location, the uhaul representative had a great attitude
LESTER HThis U-Haul was more than helpful when going through a divorce/separation. Mike, the manager, was helpful in getting my multiple units configured, and finalized. The other gentlemen in the facility were so kind, and helpful. I appreciate this location for holding my entire home for over a year while I got settled again! I relocated to a different area, so everything was moved/shutdown.

JAMES DFurniture pads I reserved weren't available, dolly I reserved wasn't available (rep let me borrow the shop dolly, and it had a flat tire), check engine light was on, and the vehicle was without a doubt the bumpiest, roughest rental truck I have ever used. When I called support about these issues, I was told the facility would have to resolve them, and they would be in touch in "about 3 days". Completely unacceptable. I WILL NOT use the southern hills location ever again, and I will look for someone other than Uhaul to use in the future.

JEFFREY AI had reserved a one way truck. When I got there one was not available. I was sent to another location and it was closed when I got there. The original location did call and said they had a cancelation for a one way and that it was available. I was given a price of $117 and I told them that I was driving the truck 70 miles and 30 back to the drop off location. I was charged an additional $85 for mileage. I should have been told that I would have been charged that much on the front end. I know that the mileage was an open item as you do not know what will actually be driven but I told them at least 100 miles and they did not mention that I would be billed that much. Also I was texted on my way to return the truck and they changed my drop off location at the last minute
JOHN GNever had any bad events or experiences while storage with you haul only one break in over a period of 5 years and that situation was taken care of in a quickly manner. The only reason for moving out is that I had my own storage space built at my home and no longer needed the unit! Thanks very much!

CHARMANE BBest location in the city in my opinion. It's never a hassle unless they are out of U-Haul's then I have to deal with another locations. Mansfield/Colquitt Rd location is a 10/10 I highly recommend.

Eric HPrices were higher than expected for someone on a fixed income or past the age of 78 years. If the company would reduce their prices after so many days of needing your truck or give a special rate for using your helpers and your truck to expedite the move it would be very helpful. Poor people can hardly afford to move and I felt uninformed and therefore unprepared to pay that much extra money.

JILLIAN MVery difficult time getting uhaul truck. Spent over an hour trying to get the code to get the keys. Then the window if time expired and we had to work for a very long time with Customer Service to revise the pick up window to finally obtain the keys.
Amy SI ordered a 15 foot. I received a 10 foot. I was told the 15 wasn't available. They had on sitting on the lot there. Now I have to make several trips back and forth to get the rest of my stuff. This was terrible. I will pay a little more money and go with another truck rental next time.

It was reported to a young man in the office snd he offered no help. He did not appear to be knowledge about how the situation could be handled. The rental prices continued to go up. We were customers for approximately six years. Not at all happy with UHAUL and would not recommend to anyone.
