Although Teal confirmed that the rear running lights were working when headlights are on, the running lights failed sometime during my 200 mile trip. I discovered they were not working when I was close to my destination. This was concerning as I was driving at night during rain and reduced visibility. I should point out that the brake lights and turn signals were working.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this U-Haul location and will NEVER go back. When I walked into the store, no one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. A female employee was on speakerphone with a customer, completely ignoring me, and didn't even look up. Meanwhile, two male employees were engrossed in their personal conversation and didn't say a word to me for FIVE minutes. I finally walked over to one of the men, and instead of helping me, he cut me off mid-sentence and pointed to the woman, saying, "She will help you." I then stood there for another TEN minutes while she continued her phone call. When she finally got off the phone, she turned to another male employee who had just come in and said, "Take her, cause I got to leave," before chit-chatting with him. She even called him "baby dad" before walking out! Completely unprofessional. The male employee who was left to help me gave me directions to go around back, but the directions led me the wrong way-down a one-way entry to the back where the rental are located-so I had to turn around. When I finally got to the back, I waited for another 30 MINUTES. I eventually had to call the store, only to find out they had completely forgotten I was waiting out there! This was hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If I could give zero stars, I would. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. I will NEVER return to this location!

Everything was great! From pick up to drop off! Really loved meeting Teal in the morning!! She was so awesome!! Wishing her the best at the new store! Vineland is so lucky to have that energy! The drop off crew was great too! I didn't get the gentleman's name but he loved my truck haha! And I think the girl was Bonnie…all good people!

Tiel was wonderful while I was packing up a house I was moving out of. Great advice for needed supplies and a truck rental. Always very friendly! Other young girl there who was also great. (I'm sorry I'm not great with names!) including coming to help me clear the rust out of my lock so I could open the unit. Both of them made a sad move so much easier. Thanks for everything!!

When I drop off the truck the gentlemen, there did not do. The paperwork of me dropping off the truck. I do not know why.

We are regular customers with U-Haul and because of traffic issues that were of no fault of ours, we had to pay for another day of rental. I spoke to a representative and explained what happened and the lady was rude and not helpful at all. We are very disappointed in the service and customer service we received.

The truck has terrible steering and the wheel kept pulling left. Felt like it needed an alignment. The truck struggled to go over 60 mph.

I'm a Uhaul customer, I always have a good experience with Uhaul but not this time. I took the truck and it was 1/4 tank full and before I return it, by mistake I filled 1/2 of the tank instead of 1/4 and it was at least $35 extra, i explained that when returning the equipment but they weren't able to help me out.

Was called the night before at 503pm to be told I they didnt have my rental available. I had a 6 hour trip planned and paid for with the rental at 10 am the next day. Terrible service, terrible communication

Not surprisingly, YOU ASKED THE WRONG QUESTION! This rental location was excellent-efficient and understanding. HOWEVER, I went there after the location where I reserved the cargo van did not have a vehicle for me nor did they offer me an alternative. I had gone in person to the reserved location in Clementon on White Horse Pike a week earlier to set up the reservation and they still did not have a vehicle saved. I did this before they have messed up reservations in previous rentals, but the location was conveninet. In spite of the "guarantee", they did not provide a credit for the inconenience, and in fact, it cost me an additional 20 miles at $.89 a mile to rent from the alternate location. Plus it cost an additional two hours to find a replacement and travel the extra miles back and forth. This is terrible customer service and mis-advertising. The only think I would guarantee from the Clementon location is that the reservation will be messed up. I will avoid UHaul whenever possible in the future.

Your payment amount should be able to change the amount you want to make payments ahead of due dates and amounts. In case I can pay weekly till I have enough to pay rest of the balance by due date of bill.

I was recently blocked from my container with a lock on Went to find out why and was told my credit card was not available. Because my wallet was stolen and cards were cancelled . A simple phone call would have been appreciated but no I wasn't given that courtesy. I will say the young lady at the desk was helpful but your company doesn't know the meaning of so . I was also told I was grandfathered in because I was there so long but now you keep raising my rent . I'm looking for somewhere else to go at this point . Your customer relations stink.

The storage was still locked when I got there, but they removed the lock right away when I went back to the office. Otherwise, all of the staff I interacted with were very nice. The smoothest U-haul experience I've ever had.

I had a great experience with how quick and easy it was to get everything in and out. I would just recommend that they finish paving and putting up lights in the back area. A little hard to navigate the bumps with a 26' truck and for safety reasons a little hard to see in the dark.

2 catalytic converters were cut off and stolen from my work van while it was stored in your supposedly secure storage facility. The front desk employee had no idea how to proceed with the theft. Waiting to hear back from the regional manager.

All good until I got less than 30 days notice to move my travel trailer. No problem with the fact that UHaul is expanding and all vehicle owners need to find other storage. However, it is unprofessional, unnecessary and flat out rude to send an email on the 11th of July to vacate before July 31st. I will never spend another penny at your business and will not recommend to anyone.

The only problem for me was that there were a lot of stinkbugs in the unit when I emptied it out, but I'm not sure how much space they need to get in, so maybe there's nothing that can be done about that.

I recently closed my account with uhaul after being a customer since April of 2015 and if needed in the future I will be going back to same location even if it is a bit out of the way. The crew at the rt73 in Winslow NJ location are very nice and accommodating.

I have used three storage facilities since my move last year and UHAUL CedarBrook is by far the most accommodating. Currently I require a larger unit and would like to continue to rent there unfortunately there were no units available at this time.

Rented a 10x10 unit in jan of 2021 and it was broke into and everything stolen and manager could not give me a date when it was broke into and supposedly was looking at videos to see and the repwest insurance is bogus because after cop said burglary .. The insurance company denied me because of no forced entry the lock was completely broke off the door but no dates and times when it happened and i was paying every month for an empty storage unit... This place is totally at fault and are refusing to do anything about my deceased mothers belongings with my belongings and priceless memories as well

I arrived in heavy rainfall, and did not know if I would have to walk around outside.No one else was in the showroom, so the clerk had plenty of time to work with me. I needed a lot of info, because I never rented a stall before, and was somewhat green. My 91 year old mother, could no longer live by herself, ans my sisters had moved out of state. In the process of selling her house, I had a lot of personal property to sell of dispose of. She thought she would have been going into a senior home, but that would not work well because of her health. The little bit that she would have taken to the nursing home, is the last items before the sale is done. I have no more room in my home, and neither does the family. She wants us all to have her possessions to remind us of her. It is a lot of work, but I must take care of her myself. We rented a 5'X10'X10', in the climate control section. The salesman shower me the sizes of the storage units, the items that I would need to make the move, and education me on all the new agenda. I think we should be able to fit it all, and other family members will have a need for what she owns in the unit. I am happy that all has turned out well, you guys are great. Merci

My only complaint was upon move-out. I vacated my unit 3 weeks early and made sure to go into the office both before & after the unit was cleared to explain my intent. Yet, 3 weeks later, I still received a billing reminder. I had to call the office multiple times to get ahold of someone - when I did, they had no record that I'd cleared my unit. Although the matter was resolved, it was frustrating.

I had one storage unit for three year and two others for a year. I never had a mouse or any live insects in my unit's. The staff are always cleaning the unit yard and are very helpful and friendly.

I began to keep my boat and trailer stored at this site in 2010 before U-Haul acquired it. Before than it was a poor site. Since U-Haul acquired it they have made it a wonderful atmosphere.
