Every contact (perhaps 7 or 8) with U-Haul personnel was exceptional! No automated menus or long hold times! Just helpfull knowledgeable customer support! Would recommend U-Box to anyone

The staff at 1721 Central Ave, Chattanooga were awesome. The staff at the Redbank location at 4001 Hixson, total jerk.. This was the middle aged white guy with a buzz haircut and glasses I think. I had rented uhaul uboxes from you 2 years ago approx, moving from Arizona to Tennessee. Thats where my UBoxes came to before, I went and personally unloaded them myself there. Now this time, we had a delivery serivces bring to us. I unloaded, then took each box back myself. I assumed, my mistake, that they went back to the 4001 Hixson location. When I arrived, a nice lady helped me unload the first one. I drove back home, brought the 2nd one back, thats when this guy jsut raked me over the coals. Totally unprofessional and non customer service welcoming. I didnt even argue or say a thing, just let the guy rant on for now reason. I never even questioned him to get him worked up. He just layed into me when I walked in the door.

The phone representative was helpful and knowledgeable setting up dates for delivery and pickup of our items and our driver did a great job arranging them where we wanted and picking them up. Merci!

They are stealing my money. They said they would refund money did not return correct amount. So far none at all. My autistic son will not get the patient mother he needs, nor the Halloween holiday. The delivery staff is awesome.

Your delivery people were awesome they should have a raise. But those women on the phone Joy and Hope did not tell me about additional delivery/pickup charge they deserve a dock in pay. Their names are lies. I cried after i got off the phone. I don't recommend this company anymore. After using for 30 years.

My experience was overall really good. My only complaint is that during the ordering process you are given a comments section for special instructions. I mentioned in this section the gate code to get into the apartment complex as well as my son's phone number to call if the delivery driver had any problems. The driver was not given this information. The driver called me in another time zone instead. It was handled easily but inconveniently. Everything else was excellent. The communication from office to driver to myself was fantastic. Maybe a little too many texts to my phone, but more communication is better than not enough. The drivers were absolutely fantastic in both TN and WA. I will recommend Uhaul to anyone that needs to move across country.

The representatives I talked to to discuss questions or concerns were all very knowledgeable and helpful. The drivers who delivered the boxes from the pickup destination to delivery destination were careful and placed the boxes at the location requested.

The location is not well marked on the building. I only knew I was in the correct location due to the uboxes stacked outside. I was unable to contact the location via phone as the call Was directed to a regional number every time so I had to physically drive to the location to confirm our pickup. U-Haul could not deliver to my address and this location closed at 4pm which is not conducive to anyone who works normal job hours trying to arrange to pick up their uboxes. However, the employee graciously stayed later so we could pick up our boxes and was very helpful.
