When we took my things out of storage. There was a group of people blocking the drive.One of them was a woman who worked for you guys. We waited and waited for them to move and I finally blew my horn. And they were angry and extremely rude. I had to drive on the grass to go around them, to get out of that complex. I told them I was going to complain and the womanyelled to me.I am you haul. It was very disturbing and alarming. My movers work extremely upset about the way I was treated.

So , I came with my vehicle packed to the gills , along with my whole huge bed/ boxsprings stacked on top of my truck at 4 am, ready to drop all of my things and drive to get the rest and repeat. I put in my code and it said the area was closed. I had an anxiety attack and cried. So I parked right by the restrooms( thank you Lord for that! ❤️ Talk about convenient!!) and slept until the place opened. Other than that everything is 100 % perfect!!!!

Additionally, it was inconsistent whether or not the gate was closed/locked at times. Lastly, entering / exiting the facility was confusing because the painting of the lot implied traffic flowed in on the right, but the code panel was on the left. Also, the sinkholes for the drains in the driveways need to be repaired at least somewhat.

It just improved all around. Unfortunately I have been trying to empty my bin for about 3 years and it finally happened . If I need storage again I know where I will Be looking. And. If I need a rental vehicle.

My son is an out of state student, so we were able to get everything done through phone and email. I would use them again in a heartbeat, but my son is a senior!!!! I am recommending U-haul to all the New Orleans kids attending Notre Dame , present and future. The entire process was easy and efficient! No hassle, no problems, no worries!!! Very grateful for all their help.
