BESSIE JI was charged $200 dollars for an appliance dolly that I paid to use but never received. Make sure you customers get the items that paid for. I'm not upset but it's frustrating dealing with this situation.

When I inspected the vehicle very little scratches and peeling of logos vehicle message. When popping the hood to check fluids all was well except IT needed winshield wipper fluid thanks for the HEADS UP ! I would like to one again say Thank you a million or is IT Billion !

MARGIE BPoor customer service. The representative at the counter spent over an hour with a customer whose credit card, cash app kept failing. When I came to the line next to her, I explained that I had a reservation and had people waiting, she finally moved on but still was very slow in helping me and still kept pursuing to help the failed credit card user while dealing with me. I spent over two hours trying to get a reserved truck received. The truck needed some brake work done and the tire pressure light was on. I told the representative but she ignored me...didn't care.

PHILIPPE AThe issue that I had was the cargo van was not clean. It was very nasty inside and filthy, They should not have rent it when it was that nasty. I always make sure that the van is clean when I return it. Apparently they did not check this van.

BRITTANY BYour small trucks doesn't have a ramp on them. Just because it's a small load does not mean it's not heavy.
KIMBERLY JI spent an abnormally amount of gas in this truck. Never went through that before, this truck needs to be maintenance to see what's going on with the gas or related issues to gas.
DELONIA CIn a day where customer service is a thing of the past this location was exceptional. The staff was professional and attentive. I would definitely recommend this location.
ALFORD BHire new employees. The front desk associate was completely unprofessional. She mixed my information with a different customer and when I explained there's no relation to myself and that customer as well as requested she remove my information from that customer, instead of her realizing she made a mistake and taking accountability she refused to update the accounts. On top of that she was eating and having an entire non business related conversation while "assisting" me. When returning the truck, the store was completely empty with no one in site to assist. Upper management should really evaluate the employees at this store. The customer service is poor and unacceptable.
