DIANA FSmooth and easy to rent and return
JULIO BSome type of return vehicle key drop during day when busy. If you have this I didnt see it. I dont have or want app but long line and guy was moving super fast didnt wait as long as should but if there was a wall at end of counter secure for key drop off perhaps easier flow. Honestly smooth service both ways even with little wait in longish line
RICK NService was great. Getting and returning the van was painless and quick. The van served its purpose, but I really didn't like driving it. It was helpful that the shop allowed me to park my car there while I had the van out for the day. The night-time drop box for keys was also really helpful. My biggest complaint is that the description, and the clerk verbalized this too, said "low entry" or something like that that meant that it was easy to get items into the van without a ramp. It was quite high!! I had a tall mini-fridge that was my main concern, and the lowest point of the van was about as tall as the fridge, about 3-4 feet!! I also had such a hard time getting myself up into the drivers seat. I'm a 58-year-old woman with not weak but not strong upper body strength, and I really struggled to get up and out of the cab! Then when I started to put stuff in the back, I realized it would be nearly impossible for me to climb in there, especially without handholds!! This should be stated, or better, rent steps or something to help us older, weaker people out!! I was lucky I had a young person helping or I would have never accomplished it! When I first got the van, I noticed the back end was high and NOT LOW, so I immediately went back to change it for a truck with a ramp, but then when I tried to get into the drivers seat of the truck, I absolutely couldn't!! So I went immediately back and exchanged it back for the van, thinking that would be much lower but it wasn't by much!! Getting the mini-fridge in turned out to be the least of my problems! Based on this experience, when I need to move again, I will either NOT take stuff that doesn't fit in my car, move everything myself by car, or hire movers, but I WILL NOT be driving a U-Haul truck myself again unless you make the drivers seat and back end easier to get into!

HILARION AMaybe have another barcode placed lower end of the posting wall-currently it is posted way up for a 6,3" - 6,5" tall customer. Whoever placed that must have been on a ladder. Fyi- barcode was for the uhaul app linkage.

KARON LThe Senter store has two restrooms that are closed. The rep sent me to Mc Donalds. I told the manager that UHaul said I can use the restroom. Manager said it was for customers only. I had to purchase something so I can use the restroom.
JESUS PMy go to spot for a trailer. Mainly because of convenience. But everyone there is nice and business is very straight forward.

HERMENEGILDO MWish there was more seat adjustment for taller people. Could not start ignition with the key itself, had to hold the ignition itself and turn it.
Anders UAccepted the U-Haul with 41 miles estimated fuel. Returned the U-Haul with 44 miles estimated miles worth of fuel. Attendant did not give me $50 credit but rather returned $24.00. Disappointed after he said it was fine and I did not need to go across the street to buy more gas. I didn't notice until I reviewed my receipt when I arrived home. The location was closed at that point.

JOSE HAn odd situation. I actually went to the wrong location to pick up my truck, but was accommodated without any problem. Friendly staff, very well stocked for moving materials and a lot of rentals available. I definitely recommend this outlet.

Martin HHispanic male that was working was very rude and condescending. I asked for help regarding the app and if I need to download it and his response was "well what do you think?" He also stated "I can't believe you came in here asking for help and breaking me away from my conversation you're wasting my time." I will never use this location again nor will i recommend this location to anyone.
DONALD Twe had a problem with pumping gas on the van and it took us 4 hours to wait and get it fixed by the dispatcher, apparently it was a common problem among u-hauls that should be addressed by the company

BEE XTony, one of the employee assigned a truck that has EMPTY gasoline on it. I requested to be given another truck but he refused, stating all of their trucks has empty tanks & threatened to cancel my reservation. I have hired people to help me move so I was forced to put up with his abuse.
ELIZABETH MVan drove well however definitely could have used a good cleaning inside and outside of van. The cab of the van was spotless but the outside was muddy and filthy and steering wheel and driving controls were sticky. The van had Arizona plates and looked like a road trip thru muddy fields.

SOM RJust take pictures, because they will accuse you of damage that didn't happen. Truck driver fir 25 yrs. I'm alway looking in front and Sides. If a habit. So I know I did not hit anything.
MIGUEL MAlthough I asked for the smaller box truck and was billed and given the next size up, it worked out to move everything in one haul. There were plenty of the size I asked for but no worries. Everything else was a breeze and the lady was nice even though we didn't set an appointment.
