Everyone was great
MICHAEL WWill took care of me when I picked the trailer up and dropped it off. He was busy waiting on a "challenging" customer when I dropped the trailer off. He was very polite and professional. I'll be back.

Frank PAlthough staff were polite well trained and highly motivated- the service computer link to central was faulty and highly unreliable, rendering attempts to enter data or even log in frustrating and time-consuming. Unless you have been hacked you have no excuse for the decrepit quality of your system.
STEPHEN JSteven made the process of checking out the trailer go quickly and smoothly. He assisted with getting it hooked up even though there was a steady rain falling. There were no problems with the trailer on the road. The Auburn, NY dealership is very well equipped with a variety of trucks and trailers.

EDWARD QJust picked up the Jeep with the new hitch and the exhaust is loud on it. Before the hitch installation it was quiet. Do I have to bring it back?
Brian FThis one was actually a uhaul place, good. The guy was very quick and made for a quick and easy return. Will be back for next uhaul.
Bryan SI might suggest having a chair available for people who have to wait. This place was so popular that there was a line! The employees were great and super helpful and knowledgeable and nice… but when I went back to return my trailer, there was only one guy working. So, after a full day of hauling stuff, I was pretty tired, I could have used a chair. Which would be far cheaper than hiring another person. But otherwise the staff was above par and I will rent from here again.
LORELEA DThe two rental trailers I recently rented over the weekend: All essential safety and operating aspects (hitch, wiring, drivability, etc.) were excellent. Did have a slight issue with the rear door latch out of adjustment and difficult to close. Both units were dirty on the outside (it's winter, I get it) but clean inside. Excellent customer service: Agents were quick, knowledgeable and courteous. My thanks to you guys. Online reservations are quick but a bit too heavy with the ads for additional services, so much so I (as a tech guy) had to fix my reservation because I clicked on the wrong things. They should not to be forced choices Overall a good experience.

JEFFREY MTruck was a little dirty inside. Rear passenger trailer lights didn't work. Brakes in truck were ok at best. This is the only place I use and the guys were great to work with.
ROBERT JSomeone else reserved the uhaul and i got notifications. I called uhaul and spoke with someone. He said it was a mistake from uhaul's side and the problem is resolved. Only to get more information on the reservation and finally this survey. Clearly this is not expected

SHAWN SOur truck got stuck in just 2 cm of snow, and it took us an hour to get it out. The tire tread is inadequate, especially in snowy conditions. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend using U-Haul during the winter months.

DAVID ESteve at the Auburn, New York location is wonderful and I will continue to recommend U-Haul to people if they make this right I've been a U-Haul customer for over 30 years. 5 foot 220 pounds driving a 20 foot death trap trailing my SUV. It's a wonder we made it back My hands and fingers are still swollen NINE DAYS LATER IN MY BACK ARMS AND SHOULDERS ARE after getting behind the wheel of that vehicle
