Very helpful at the counter, she tried to help overcome some problems created by UHAUL unexpectedly (and last-minute) scheduling me to pick up at equipment at 2 different locations which had the unattended consequences of voiding my original single contract/reservation, adding mileage to my rental and creating new contracts with different (more expensive) pricing.
Irvin BThe working manager helped me right as I walked in the door. The manager and another female employee that were behind the counter were top shelf, very friendly, and were knowledgeable about the equipment. As far as I see it there isn't much to improve on.

WENDY FEverything is great except your after hours check in process. It is almost bad enough I won't rent from you again. Your website doesn't work, It would not capture the GPS location. Charging $25 if a customer won't install your spyware on their phone is extorsion. I spent over 30 minutes trying to get checked in over the phone, for absolutely no reason. Do better. Be better.

KYLE ERear righr car hauler rim broke and separated outer from inner but luckily caught before returning from car show. Took 1 1/2 hours but on a Sunday , understood, to get new tire. All thngs considering. Just a quirky .unforseen mishap.

MICHAEL FWhen I need to rent a U-Haul, this is my go-to location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The equipment is well maintained. The hours are good but after-hours returns are easy too with a well-lit yard.

SEAN CThe engine light was on almost the whole time. The fuel cost was extremely high 3 to 5 mi per gal. The truck went into limp mode. Would not even start sometimes forcing me to have the vehicle longer than expected and costing way more than it should have.
BENJAMIN THad a horrible time trying to do a online pickup up at Memorial Storage 28443 County Rd 10 Elkhart, IN 46514…. Had to cancel the pick up and go to the U-Haul of Elkhart 29057 Old US 33 Elkhart, IN 46516 …. This location was very helpful, but was inconvenient having to drive out of my way.

DAVID KI never expect or demand perfection, only that when something goes wrong or when a mistake is made that it is corrected. This location is absolutely awesome in that respect. Thank you to both Josh and Jacob for their help. Rental is painless, return is painless, and issues, if there are any, are fixed effectively and efficiently. Have a safe season!
