still trying to figure out my billing, customer service sent me a tire up the chain and all this lady could tell me was that I just wasn't understanding that the computer does the building but I have two receipts here for what I should be charged is one of them and then when I left the building after returning the vehicle, they hit me for $1000 and charged me again for mileage that I should already have paid for and I can't seem to get the attention from anybody i'm gonna try attempt to call again today and have explained this to me. Also roadside service after locking the keys my house keys and my phone in the car and flagging down someone to call roadside service for me said they will be there within a half an hour three hours later they weren't there. I flagged another car down, now it was cold and I was barefoot and without my jacket which were also locked in the car flagging down traffic in the dark, finally somebody stopped and called roadside service again again they told me they'd be there within a half an hour at which point I broke the window got into the car so I can get warmed up. When roadside assistance did show up after four hours of waiting, I told him I broke the window and replace the window the next morning. When I return the vehicle, the associate at U-Haul having been informed that I had broken the window were ready to punish me and penalise me in every way possible and we're very upset that I had done the right thing and paid to replace the window myself. I think I should be reimbursed for the cost of the window since I paid for the roadside service each day for 30 days and when I need them, they left me stranded, telling me twice in the half an hour and meeting out there and the weather for four hours. I replaced the window because it was the right thing to do. Vandalism is not my standard operating procedure but I felt justified and I should've let the insurance I was paying for every day cover that but I didn't need a criminal charge for destroying property. On my way to return the vehicle I called to inform them that I was going to need it for another day and he said as long as I got there before closing that would not be a problem. I told her to go ahead and run the credit card for the extra day and I would be there in five minutes, I was filling the tank and when I got there to return the vehicle for the girl who was all prepared to Gauld me like a child for damaging the window and for the bumper damage in the thunder bender and I was involved has such an attitude and refused to allow me to have the rental for the extra day as I expected when I arrived I went inside to sign the paperwork for the new contract for the extra day that had already been charged on my credit card and when the girl came in side after assessing the damage on the vehicle told me that I would not be allowed to rent the vehicle for the next day because the bumper had to be repaired. The bumper was barely Bent I had insurance to pay for that my personal insurance was paying for the damage of the other automobile this was no skin offer nose but it left me stranded as I had not arranged for someone to pick me up. My Uber ride home was more than $50 and as I left the building they charged me $1000 for mileage I had already bought so that left me short money to pick up the automobile that I was purchasing the next day. This is all very inconvenient and I can't seem to get any attention. I finally hung up the phone and frustration so that I didn't say something I didn't mean to say and when I called back to continue this discussion later my call was refused by the supervisor attempting to rent a vehicle a couple days later I was going to do the after midnight pick up which was only available in Pembroke Pines, which is a $75 Uber ride from my home, I couldn't get it to go through online so I called U-Haul and an associate at U-Haul facilitated the rental agreement for me I got in the Uber and got to the to The this the location about 2 am and could not get the app to allow me to rent the vehicle when I called U-Haul I was told that I would be unable to rent a vehicle as I was on there no rent list because of my last rental problem which was not my fault. Not to mention the gas that I filled up in the tank when I went to rent for one more day at the end of the rental and then they refused to allow me have a vehicle then they charge me for gasoline. I would not have filled the tank it had known I was not going to get the burn the gasoline so there I was 2 am $70 away from North Miami Beach in Pembroke Pines having a guy named Rocky told me that he wasn't gonna tell me why I couldn't have the rental I just couldn't have it and hung up on me so I'm out there with phone service but no Internet service trying to get an Uber finally got uber and realise that I did not have the cash in my account for an Uber ride all the way home that I only had about $30 so I had an Uber me to the nearest waffle house that I would not be down the street at 2:30 in the morning sat at the waffle house trying to figure out who I could call to send me some money so I could Uber the rest of the way home and got home about 5 o'clock in the morning without the rental without explanation and well pretty pissed off. If I was on a no rent agreement, why did they associate that set up the rental for me over the phone? Tell me I could not rent the vehicle before I spent the $75 for the uber all the way out there and then the $80 on Uber to get home just an Uber is alone. I think they owe me almost $200 plus $1000 that they charge me after I left the building after I return the vehicle after I saw everything has been paid charging me for the whole mileage on there even though I had 1500 miles to my credit and only use 1200 that they still charge me for every mile $1 and they still charge me for the last day of rental that they had charged me before they refuse so let me have a vehicle back. The attitude of these two girls that were working that night place definitely on service definitely not helpful and definitely detrimental as I lost the ability to purchase the automobile next day and lost the deposit and delivery charge that I had already paid for that vehicle all in all I'm down about $3000 and another six or $7000 in work that I could not do that week as I did not have the vehicle I expected to purchase which put me behind on my rent has been on everything at a new job and a new location that cost me $10 000 to move here. I have exactly $20 in the bank right now and no automobile and I'm not very happy about it.

He remained cool calm and collected. It was a wait but he was efficient and told me what to do when I needed to have my trailer hitched up. As a first-time customer using a 4 x 8 enclosed utility trailer I was a bit nervous. It went flawlessly, I was able to load it with ease, unload it with ease, and drop it back off from Miami to Fort Myers without any issues.

You should honor the reservations. Honor the business name respecting the customers when we need to speak with the company…. This store was the worse ever.

MICHAEL BNo explanation about the insurance and was tackled an extra 105. This didn't really sit well with me. Upon bringing the truck back the representative stated that she mentioned the insurance in the original contract which isn't the truth. The insurance was already added I paid with cash.
VIVIAN CVehicle was delivered with less than 1/8 tank,close to 1/16. Had to refuel almost immediately after pick up. Suggest at least 1/4 full tank.

Yes I was a half hour late from my original return time (3:00 pm) but I didn't actually take receipt of vehicle till 9:27am, not 9:00 am. I was also charged twice as much for both dollies. This experience has really left a bad impression of U Haul. I'd appreciate some nominal compensation. Merci.

The young lady that helped me seemed like she was struggling to keep conscious and had little interest in being there. When we had an issue with the keypad to get in we were admonished by a very annoyed front desk worker who told us we weren't using both keypads. The issue was no one told us there were two or that they needed to be used together or in what order. We were supposed to guess. When I asked if she could just check the code in case it was the code so I wouldn't have to come back she said just use both keypads as though she couldn't be bothered. It's a good thing your business model is based on demand and need as opposed to customer service and sales ability. You'd be bankrupt and out of business otherwise

Multiple times when we visited our storage locker we had to ask staff to move their car as it was blocking the loading door. 4 days prior to my storage unit expiring, I called their office, told the man who answered the phone that i would like to extend for another month, and he took my credit card number. A week later a woman called me and said my payment was overdue, and threatening me with late fees and lien fees etc etc. It turns out the man had only processed "the insurance owing on the first month" (~$10). I had been told upon original check in that this was included in my first free month. When the woman processed my 2and month rental payment, she charged me 2 lots of insurance. ******I would like 1 of these refunded please******
