The staff at the location was extremely helpful. Calling Uhaul customer service to make the reservation was quicker and better than using the online app. It was also less expensive to call than what the online app would have charged. The online app showed 0 available in any location in 100 miles. They had several trailers at this location that the phone rep booked right away.

The guys at this location are always very nice knowledgeable and very helpful. We have used them for multiple moves and equipment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any moving equipment.

I am a frequent customer for over 20 years at this location and find no better value or service anywhere in the area.

The location was good and the staff was friendly. What I didn't like was U-Haul rushing me to pick up my items. I was charged and paid for 30-days of storage and didn't receive that.

I rent here from time to time and these folks always do a great job !

Treat customer with respect and curtesy. We rent a truck for a move. We call to let them We needed to extend the return time. We were if return at the giving time i would have to pay additional 50 dollars and late fee.so we turn the truck on time reserve another. We got call that truck be available. So I inform them my belongings would out on street. I was told that was ok. It's a shame the manager was sitting there look over or try to help. It the only place in Simi valley.

I appreciated the call from Giovanni correcting my mistake re return time. I tried my best to meet the deadline of 1pm and brought vehicle in slightly before 2pm. Ty guys. Will rent from you again.

I rented a U-Haul online app for 24 hours they told me I had to return it in 6 hours or I would be charged $50 extra they would not let me extend my reservation. So I rented another one and my reservation was for 12:30pm they called me and said I couldn't get it until 5pm. So I called back and one was reserved for me for 1pm in WINNETKA got there and was told they rented it already. I had the worst experience moving because of this. I wasted time and gas I should get a discount or something for this crap

Excellent service. The computer system was down. However, the staff was able to get me checked-in, hooked up, and on my way in a reasonable amount of time. Kudos to the staffs for working through a system hiccup.

Driving east on Los Angeles Avenue there is no easy way to pull into the Uhaul lot. I had to drive much further up the avenue to find a business I could turn around in to travel back west on L.A. Ave and then pull into Uhaul lot. That's a city of Simi Valley street design flaw. It does frustrate Uhaul customers though.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately this particular location doesn't have very many storage units. I came 5 minute before closing thinking I could access my reservation of the storage unit and simply load my stuff in once the office closed, unfortunately that wasn't an option. When I came at opening the next morning, the worker wasn't able to locate my reservation or set me up properly. We waited for over an hour for us to finally get access to the storage unit. Again, the staff was super kind and I could tell they were doing everything they knew to do, but it was an unfortunate situation. This location seems great for truck and van rentals, but probably not the best for just storage rentals if you're looking for something quick.

Joe and the entire team at this location are the most professional, attentive, knowledgeable and refreshing types of professionals - working in a demanding and clearly busy (seemingly non-stop) environment of steady customers in and out). They have made multiple services of this Uhaul site easy and seamless to use and invest patronage in, from rental vehicles to storage space, to moving supplies, to friendly advice and enjoyable almost "small town" friendliness. Thank you and your them for the truly rare and higher quality customer experience than is as easy to find and salute as this Uhaul team is at this location. 

There was quite a long period of time where I couldn't reach the staff at this location by phone. I was always transferred to another facility to take a message for them. 9 out of 10 times that I left messages I did not receive returned calls.

Rude, lazy and not willing to work staff. They all had their cars blocking my storage unit. I had to ask them for access, when not one but 3 employees leisurely took their time moving their car show vehicles as I waited a few minutes. The facility is dirty and it would make sense with 3 ppl who just take their time doing almost nothing. There was a mixup by uhaul of my pickup location and the staff were not helpful. Which all coincided with the customer service number who basically did the same thing and pushed me off to someone else to someone else. What a waste of time having me drive all over town and not be helpful. Horrible experience. If I wasn't moving and needed your services that day I would have gone elsewhere. From this point forward you lost a customer. Thanks for wasting my time. Good to see staff being paid to do absolutely zero work.

Over the phone customer service was not helpful. Decided to go in person to inquire more and the in person staff at Uhaul Simi Valley is so friendly, helpful, and considerate.
