When I arrived to pick up the truck the attendant was not very friendly, and the only other thing was there were no dollys. Truck was clean, everything else was great and when we returned the truck the person checking it in was very friendly.KRIKOR B.

They should go with the customer to check out the vehicle . They should also show and confirm extra rented equipment ( how many blankets etc. ) . My vehicle had 50 more miles on it than the rental agreement. I caught it , but that shouldn't happen . They were nice and personable.GREGORY R.
Well, I haven't called the location yet but will shortly. I p/u the truck in the later afternoon hours. A couple hours later a female called me wanting to know when I would be returning it (it was the only one on the lot). I told her prob around 12 noon the next day because I was going to be able to use my daughters car, she responded saying â€œoh good!â€ There was someone who wanted to rent a pick up and they didn't have any on the lot. I took it back 12:30-ish. I was hoping they'd credit it as coming in early, but they didn't. I really NEED a car to work, but don't have the funds to do so, so am needing to rent!ðŸ˜«. I recently had a car from Enterprise and it cost me over $1,000. for 21 days...not good since I was using it for work and they were draining my account!!! Guess I need to pray for a miracle!SHAWN P.

The manager and the woman who answered the phone were both fantastic to me. I am recovering from surgery so have issues with simple tasks during the pandemic. Deep thanks to them.
