I did not get any help hooking up. Trailer is heavy and wal park onincline so I ran from me few times and I had to adjust the set up. I dont like this location or other simular locations as there are stores around the city specalice in renting u haul equpment. And location like this wher it is just a "Hobby" should not be suported. I only went there as this was the only trailer awalable.

Please listen to the customer more carefully when discussing a charge that should not be there. The staff member was quite young and there was a lot of things for him to manage. Therefore I do not blame him directly. But it is an inconvenience to have to contact U-Haul about a charge that should not have happened. Overall he was very kind and instructive.
