Garbage in the cab and dog food on the floor. My original booking was for the town of Selkirk and it was moved into Winnipeg. It added 2 hours of time for me to drive into Winnipeg and back out to Selkirk again. No price adjustment for this. As you know not the best on fuel.

JESSE BU-Haul was fine but not the store rep. Had me waiting and running everyone through
Diane AThis pick up location was not my choice! I requested to pick up a truck at the Century location where my rented storage locker is located...for efficiency. Instead, I was instructed to go to the North end of town to a convenience store. There was NO windshield washer fluid provided and the oil level was at the half mark. Requested dolly equipment was not provided at the pick up location either. The requirements to complete the rental agreement and submit the driver's licence information electronically is solely the responsibility of the renter to do this and yet thousands of dollars are charged to rent this equipment. HELLO......Customer service is missing from this picture!! When calling to ask questions about the reservation, the call is linked to a service centre such that providing answers to the local related questions can't be provided. I'm unhappy with the entire experience, not to mention the extremely high rental fees that are charged. Had there been another do-it-yourself choice for a one way rental truck, I would have taken it, but it seems that UHaul has cornered the market in Winnipeg, MB anyway.
