Over fucken charging

Need to have staff trained on what costs are for trucks and train them on how to use a computer to enter ACTUAL charges. They need to take care of there customer and correct their errors when they overcharge on blankets.

The person who assisted me was great. I don't know why uhaul always puts the safe move coverage of $15 every single time I rent a truck even though I refuse the coverage.

The windshield was dity on inside and outside mirrors were the same made driving at night difficult with other vehicles lights I suggest that the windshield and and all windows be cleared as good as could be there was marks from phones attached to the windshield made a very difficult drive to Scottsdale AZ

Make sure to remind customers are aware of office hours for equipment returns. Make sure they know portals only work on location.

More straightforward pricing. I don't like being quoted and contracted at 183 and then at the end I end up getting multiple fees and then taxes are added on to bring it to 206.

This place was graded E for excellence. They've made many improvements to the property. Will rent there next time. Excellent customer service as well. Very kind and courteous.

Back of truck had dirt and hey inside. Overall the truck ran good I was able to make my move.

U-Haul was dirty and dusty. Disappointed with rental. Unfortunately this was the only 26' available in town and was in need of one. The concern was shared with the person who rented to me but said since they were just a neighborhood u-haul dealer they could not do much about it and told us to call the main office.

Pick up was a nice experience, but when I came to drop off my car the employee on staff said she didn't know how to do returns and I would have to go to a different location. She didn't call ahead, so when I got to the other location they charged me $300+ and dinged me for the gas it cost to get to the other location. I can't even begin to describe how horrible this is.
