Easy check in, loved that i could modify pickup times as life can be hectic. Quality equipment, strong and sturdy. Will definitely rent form this location again!

The gentleman was nice and helped me back the trailer up into a location where he needed it. He even helped me unhook it from my truck. It's not his fault that I put that the location wasn't inviting. There were two or three other customers there that had half of the parking lot blocked off and that was not his fault. I think he did a great job.

Christopher LThe man there that helped, was very rude, cursing out loud because he seemed inconvenienced by me being there to pick up my reserved trailer. Then had an attitude the whole time I was trying to get my car hooked up, and finally had no intention of helping me pull out of the highest possible spot after finally getting hooked up. He expected me to be able to pull a trailer out with about 3 feet in front of me to maneuver before I would run into another uhaul vehicle, when all it took was to move a couple uhaul trucks out if the way and I would have been clear. Lastly he confirmed I wanted two sets of pads but there were none in the trailer. Horrible customer service!

John DI did an after hours pickup / I used the app and the chat feature which was not good. Once I finally spoke to someone I was able to complete the pickup. Nothing wrong with the U-Haul location or any of the pre-pickup conversations. Vehicle was clean, well maintained and other than a little front end shake while braking the truck was great / experience was great ..

MARTHA CPerson with which I checked in had a very bad attitude and was actually complaining about how much work he had, and on top of that he had to deliver a 26foot truck to me with a trailer, these were his comments. Very poor attitude but he did help me out with everything.

Britt SThe truck was supposed to be delivered to me with a hand truck/dolly to move the boxes, as well as ratchets to secure the load, but it didn't have them, so I had to buy them from another store. Another complaint I have about the U-Haul service is that when I booked the truck online they gave me a price of $968, when I went to the location on Havana St they told me it was $1281, and they changed the location to pick up the truck to the one on Colfax Ave, and I ended up paying almost $1400, a difference of more than $400 at the end.

MARTIN MThe person checking me in and out was rude and lied. He said that if I didn't return same day before close it would be an additional $20. When I further probed, he said the policy changed awhile back. Then when I showed him my rental agreement in email as I had reserved prior, he then changed the time back to a 24 hr reservation but then asked me personal questions, like why if you are picking up only furniture do you need this for 24 hrs? We have other people who need it. Additionally, I have photos of the gas tank when I picked it up where it wasn't full, yet I was required to put it back to full when I returned. Overall, horrible customer service and experience.
ASHLI H1) Check the windshield washer fluid level. It was completely empty when I needed to use it. My trip took me through some remote areas of Nebraska. Good thing I was not 50 miles away from the nearest bottle of windshield washer fluid. 2) Check the condition of the equipment. There was a large chunk of rubber missing from a front tire tread and some sidewall damage, and it looked like it had been that way for many miles before I picked up the truck. Roadside Assistance replaced the tire in Duluth, MN while the truck was empty for the drive back to Denver.

MITCHELL TThe guy tried to charge me $20 to have him "help me off" the trailer, didn't help me - and then allowed me to run over my phone because he wasn't paying any attention anything but his own phone. No extra charges were made after this. I'm a truck driver and the guy seemed aggravated that the other location hooked up The tires wrong to the actual trailer. It was loaded perfectly. Not sure what was wrong with this guy, but definitely was not a good experience.

Sherna FThe rental location was great and helpful. There is however disparity between uhaul.com and the uhual location itself. I reserved furniture dollies online but the location didn't actually have those dollies in stock. I asked about picking up a package of "1-2 bedroom box sets" but the location told me "that's an online concept and we just sell you the boxes here". I used the online cart to be able to translate the "box set" to individual elements, but it just showed the disparity between the website (which for the record is kind of awful to use) and the location (where the people are nice).
Kevin WThe cleaning solution that was used was horrible. Both people in the U-haul felt literally sick and had to have their windows down. We could not get rid of it the entire time.
