The staff today was best staff so far at this U-Haul very polite quick and professional
Derek GI made a reservation at one place and they sent me to pick up my trailer 40 minutes away. That's wrong. Who pays for my time and gas? They should be more serious about deliveries.

Kimberley IJose assisted me with my pick up truck rental. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Truck pulled up and he explained all existing minor damages to me and that i won't be responsible for those. Drop off went just as smooth. Je les recommande fortement.

Mateusz ZLack of customer service, front desk personnel is very rude. all of the trucks are parked on top of the other and it is up to you to navigate through them all to find your rental without any assistance. Lionel however was an amazing help who went above and beyond with getting another truck reserved for me after I discovered a malfunction with the latch.

Rody RThe street outside the u-haul was filthy trash was everywhere. It did not look welcoming. I had issues using the app I had to do the rental process four and five times before approval. The van ran well but again, was dirty with trash around the seat and a sticky spot on floor. Customer service within the u-haul was good.

JOHNE JDelayed pickup, rude person that was moving the truck told me to hurry up while I was taking pictures after he delayed my moving for 20 mins, no dolly inside and empty fuel tank. Stressing and time consuming.
