The staff at the location were very professional and helpful.
DAVID KJonquize was absolutely great! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Speaking as someone who has worked in corporate customer-facing roles for over a decade (as an individual contributor, team leader, and manager), I can tell you that it is rare to find an employee who handles customers as well as Jon does. He is a credit to your organization and deserves to be recognized accordingly.

JAMES PEverything was great the return app didn’t work quite right, I never got a confirmation that the trailer return was successful.
Michael MUpon arrival, the staff barely greeted me. It seemed as if they were annoyed or did not want to help me. Earlier in the day I talked to a customer service rep who instructed me to talk to an associate at drop off. I told a male associate about my issue which was, the furniture covers were not provided to me, even though I was charged for them. He gave me an attitude and told me that he could not help me. Every time I tried to talk, he would cut me off. It was a bad experience. Neither one of the employees at the time displayed any kind of empathy, support or professionalism towards me. Eventually, I called customer service again and someone was able to issue me a refund.

ERIC JPeople were friendly. Truck was junk. Sprung door, loose lock, bad rattle from loose exhaust shroud, and some very squirelly steering-bordering on dangerous.

Levi GCustomer Service was great!! My favorite U-Haul location in Charlotte area. Employees are always so kind and helpful. They assisted my moving process by providing great assistance and insight to the moving materials I needed. The truck drop off was also very great and easy! However, the front door is broken and that should be fixed - you have to manually open the sliding door to enter to the building.
KARA TLocal staff had extreme difficulty with the U-Haul software to execute our contract. May be due to software glitches, but lengthy and frustrating sign in.
RICHARD CAs is always the case, this location gave great service. However, I understand that the manager, Duke, will be transferring to a different location soon. He will be greatly missed. Duke is the best.

YASSINE TI've rented here three times in the past six months. The first two times there were computer issues or the staff was unsure how to process my rental which took time to resolve. The third time I tried the skip the counter thing but I must have done something wrong as I could not figure out how to complete the request once I arrived so I went in. The guy who helped me processed the rental quickly and I was on my way. But the other guy there was having issues with what he was working on the computer with… I plan to continue renting there but making reservations in advance and checking out seems problematic at this location in regards to computer software and or training.
WAYNE Sthe truck needed a alignment bad i couldn't even charge my phone and it died during the trip and i got lost i couldn't even charge my phone in the truck smh!!

MICHAEL DThere was an alert message regarding the tire sensor system requiring maintenance that was there when I got in the truck and when I mentioned it when returning the vehicle, they said they knew about it - it would be nice if those things are known, the customer is made aware from the the outset

WANDY CThis is absolutely the most efficient U-Haul location I have ever rented from. The manager, Duke, gets you through the rental process faster than any place in Charlotte. He and his crew keep the trailers and trucks in excellent condition. I have always had a pleasant experience working with them. I drive 6 miles to get to this location because it is the best.

RYAN IOne small item, the A/C temperature control knob in the cab of the vehicle was extremely difficult to operate. Initially I thought it was stuck, but with a significant enough amount of force I was able to adjust the A/C temperature during the drive.

JAMES HI went to pick up my rental the process was easy but while using the rental. The battery died and it was horrible. I contacted the rental location and told them what happen. I was told to call roadside assistance. I don't think I should have gone through that if the rentals were maintenance properly before sending them out. Then I don't think I should have been charged the full amount for this problem. I got out the rental and sorted out the problem myself because I was stranded, I have always used u-haul but never an experience like this and I dont think I will ever trust using u-haul again.
