Person in charge of rental process was not helpful when I was confused. Her demeanor was cold and she rattled off directions like she didn't care if I understood. I won't use that location again.

I was very disappointed. The had a bad transmission and when I returned it the Agent was aware that this was a known issue. Very lucky we dis not have a brake down. If it was not such a close move I would have taken the time to return it. Service at pickup was almost self serve. Not what I am used to with Uhaul.

I recommend using card. If using cash it's a bunch of hoops to jump through and an unnamed employee lied about mileage and fuel usage. After walking to truck to verify mileage I was reimbursed for mileage. The claim was that I drove 40 miles but it was proven by verifying odometer that I had only driven 10 miles. If using u-haul take pictures of odometer and fuel before and after usage

The first truck we got in was horrible. The doors had gaps so big you could see out of them. The tire was low and the check engine light was on. The second one wasn't much better but manageable. Also, the lady put it in wrong and we had to drive 45 min to return it so we didn't pay a $260 fee.

Could do more for customers with storage space main sliding door has been broken for months and had to take furniture and unload around through a small normal door.

When I picked the truck up it showed 229 miles til empty. When I took it back, I put enough fuel in the truck that it showed 230 til empty. They charged me $9 because they said I did not replace enough fuel. So I am very disappointed with that! Everything else was good though

The girl that assisted us help us find everything we needed from boxes , furniture mover, and our 6x12…. She was amazing with helping us extend our reservation and when we dropped of the rental she was there to assist us with a smile!! Absolutely amazing location and staff!!

This account was fraudulently opened and there is no way this store actually verified identity or the information that the criminal provided. I live almost 10 hours away and have never heard of or set foot in this store. Now I have to file a police report for identity theft.

The truck was reserved for a 7:00 AM Pickup. The place wasn't opened until 7:20 - 7:30 AM?? The gentleman (and I use that term loosely, as he had the personality of a rock) that finally opened had a major attitude. I'm not sure exactly what his problem was but I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and not apologizing for the late opening. I kept my wits about me and didn't exasperate the situation as I needed the truck. I've worked in a professional environment for over 35 years and if he was my employe, I would have second thoughts about keeping him employed!

The only glitch in our rental was that facility doors were locked when we arrived at 8:15AM for our 8:30 rental. Evidently the employees needed to step out for a few minutes, but there was no sign indicating that they would be back shortly. After about 10 minutes they arrived and completed the rental process efficiently.

Horrible managent, crazy prices for the location and service, manager would act out of character whenever it was their fault i couldnt pay my bill. The uhaul app never worked so i had to call to pay and when they wouldnt answer id be charged a late fee and the manager would never waive it

The young lady and guy at the counter were very helpful. I actually had to change my reserved storage because I needed a ground level. The guy was very helpful and found one for me. He explained how to use the entrance doors. When we got in the storage unit, a more seasoned young lady was very helpful and insisted to help me find my new unit. She opened my unit for me and offered me the cart for free. When checking out, the young lady helped me. She was very personable and nice. All around great experience. I was very impressed! They all went above and beyond!!

Due to error not my own, autopay was taken off of my storage accounts. I was charged crazy fees that could have been avoided if the auto pay was on my account, yet nobody wanted to work with me in fixing this. I will be moving out as soon as possible.

Bought and extra day of rental and did not need it. Agent said I could get a refund. He also said he needed a $80 deposit on top of rental price. Neither of these refunded and there no itemization of charges. Pitiful service and billing. Feels like an overcharging scam to me. Very disappointed in Uhaul, I usually get decent service.

Spent 2-3 hours trying to get the key. The description for that specific truck for the location of the key was not correct. I had to call the 800 number and that took a long time to get a hold of somebody. Once the rep got the gm on the phone she let us know the description was incorrect and that the key was in a different location. Even the rep stated that the description was poorly written and did not give the right direction. I was not happy. I had to come back the next day and rush to move in one day.

The counter guy was extremely helpful. At the end of a moving day I couldn't have asked for a more understanding person. He even noted that I acquired a free months rental. He was awesome, I didn't catch his name. Young Black American highly intelligent and knowledgeable about the storage process and size . And also met me at the door and proceeded to show the process of checking and gaining access to storage area, all the while handling customers; that were purchasing boxes and things. The guy gave us a couple reconditioned boxes to finish the job. TOTALLY AWESOME keep guys like this you'll never have a customers complaint. period

The storage facility was a reasonable price. The location is a little weird. While it's not necessarily is the "good" part of town. It's in a great location from the highway and close to where I live. Kenyatta Connors and staff were always super friendly and helpful when I had a request or question. The facility is safe and secure. The other customers and people I met there were just like me: looking for a safe and affordable storage area for their needs. Merci.

The general manger here was lovely and professional. It was a great experience and I'll definitely recommend to family and friends. I had to come to the Geyer Springs location after the GM at the Colonel Glenn location was extremely rude, unprofessional, and condescending. It seems like she hates her job.

Kenyatta and Keith at the 65th and Geyer Springs location are awesome. They always went over and above to provide excellent customer service. If I need another storage unit in that area, I would definitely go back to them.

My items were damaged to to a leak in the bison and I was not informed of the leaking then when I brought it to the attention of management I was blown off and just told to file a claim

When I got there my reservation couldn't be found he then told me that the manager never checked the truck in so I had to wait until he made another reservation and I also did not get the storage I had booked either! Very horrible experience I'll never spend another dime with uhaul

It was raining in my unit. I was told there was nothing uhaul could do since I didn't have insurance, which wasn't offered to me when I got the unit. The employee goes on to say it always rains in them!

They drove a uhaul truck through my storage door and it wasn't secure for days after I was told it would be fixed the next day. My storage had roaches in it that I didn't bring there and had to come from storage room next door. I'd rather keep my things n the backyard than at that Uhaul on Geyer Springs.

After arriving to the facility to unload the uhaul we got several items off the truck and was arrived at the unit it was leaking. I spoke with the representative which informed me they didn't have anymore units available and there was nothing he could do. I had to find another storage facility and get the truck turned back in with a hour a spare and it was close to everything closer. It was very inconvenient. Time and money wise.

U halll customer serviced agreed to return money as I called on March 10 morning to call cancel the rent which was supposed to start on March 10 and I am moving my stuff only on March 12. Since I had to store in different location, I requested to calccel or change the place. But I never heard from LR office, and charged on my account for service I never used. Terrible experience!

Only issue i had so far was the online process. Thought it was my phone at first but when trying to upload my DL and proceed to check out the page kept freezing and would have to start over again. Tried it on another phone and did the same thing. Eventually I got it to go thru.

Me. Nieves was courteous and friendly… two unfortunately rare attributes in these times. She made us feel like she cared about our specific needs and was happy to provide her assistance. The next time we need a storage unit, we will be using this location.

I paid cash after dropping the van back off, then I find that my debit card was charged $14.06, September 14th, I requested a refund, I was told it would credit back to my account, 7 days later I have not gotten a refund, I instead was told I would need to speak to the supervisor tomorrow, I have waited a week, now I will have to report this to the credit bureau.

It had roaches and rats in it. It's clean, climate control but definitely has roaches and rats…. Once i saw that i gave all my stuff away that was in the storage. But the people are friendly and very helpful!!!

The front desk clerk (guy) initially told me that there were ONLY 5X5s available and that the Kanis location had the larger units. I asked several times to verify. I had to go online myself only to discover that there were PLENTY of units and rented from there. Thank goodness for quick thinking and online rental and move-in.
